Do it - it’s great - Laura, our guide was great! We were running a couple of minutes late (we had a long walk) and she called to make sure we were ok and on our way. It felt like we covered most of the park, and it’s big, to see the spots where films and TV series were shot. Laura clearly knows her stuff and added little snippets along the way. So we saw where Kevin met the pigeon lady (Home Alone) also the Plaza hotel where he stayed in Home Alone 2. Too many films to mention and also Strawberry Fields, a dedication from Yoko Ono to John Lennon. All in all a great tour led by Laura and we would do it again

Lovely Stroll in the Park with a Wonderful Guide! - Very friendly and knowledgeable Guide who from start to finish provided us with information on a subject which she clearly has a personal love of. Beautiful park.

Great tour - Kate was very knowledgeable. She showed pictures of movies at each location as well! Loved this tour to learn of filming locations but also to see the park!

History and entertainment in Central Park - This tour was brilliant, a great introduction to the history of Central Park and all the iconic scenes filmed here. Our tour guide Laura was incredibly knowledgeable about Central Park and NYC. Thanks Laura for a fantastic start to our stay in NY.

Cool tour in a HOT day. - Rosanne was an excellent guide. She was able to weave her personal stories of growing up in Manhattan, her acting career, and knowledge of the park together to create an enjoyable experience. The weather was not kind to us (106 heat index), so she adjusted the routes slightly to allow for shade and water breaks. I would love to take the bus tour if I knew she was the guide.

The worst customer service ever - The tour was fine, the guide signed us in and we did the tour, we were a very small tour only two families. All went well and they sent me an email asking if we enjoyed the tour. Once home they charged me £200 saying I did not attend the tour and the guide does not remember me. They asked me to prove I was on the tour. How do you even do that. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I will avoid at all costs in future.
