1hr pedicab ride - Very informative and a great way to see the park. We now wish we had booked the 2 hr tour. Fun time!

Best way to experience Central Park - Leo our guide was amazing. Really friendly, knowledgeable and such a great photographer. He gave us a vast amount of knowledge about the park, answered all our questions and told us about all the best photo spots. Loved this tour the best way to experience Central Park in the sunshine with a beautiful breeze as your driven along comfortably. Really worth the cost. If you’d struggle to walk through the length and breadth of the park on foot then this is a must.

September in Central Park - It was awesome! Best way to see Central Park and enjoy nature in NYC! Our guys were great and very attentive. I would have loved to taken another ride around.

Great Day for a Pedi-Cab ride!! - Our pedi-cab driver was very friendly and helpful, he took lots of great photos for us, and pointed a lot of interesting facts about New York and the park! Next time we will do the 2 hour ride!!

Great Central Park tour! - Victor was a great pedicab tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about the park. He took his time to tell you the history. He took pictures of the riders at various famous locations. Well worth the time and money.

Taking Central Park by Pedicab - This was a great way to experience Central Park. There’s so much history to learn. Our guide was very knowledgeable and played videos and had pictures of what we were seeing.

Avoid! Customer service non existent - Avoid at all costs! Contacted them the day before to see if we could change the day or time by an hour as I had booked the wrong day in error. No response to the 3 messages! Rude driver rang me to ask where I was and when I explained he didn't want to know & was so rude. Avoid, spend your money with other companies who care! There's lots of other companies the phone number viator gave me didn't ring.
Btw, we wasn't after a refund, or anything for free, if they had said it would cost us $100 to change we would of changed! Worst company we have used through viator
