A lovely Saturday morning - Had a brilliant time with Michael as he brought us around central park on ebikes. Beautiful way to see the park. So enjoyable. A highlight for me over the last few days and credit to Michael for being a great guide. Would thoroughly recommend this activity. Great way to see the park in a relatively short space of time.

Must do in NYC! - Great overview of Central Park. Highly recommend! Bikes are the best way of seeing the park in just a couple of hours. You will get great historic information along the way.

The place that rented... - The place that rented bikes to us did a bait and switch around getting electric bikes. They charged way more than advertised. We loved the tour guide and what we saw but didn’t like the shop where we picked them up.

Okay-ish - All in all, the Central Park was a decent tour of the park. I personally felt like it could have been a lot more fun exploring the park on my own. What really spoilt it at the end was the tour guide basically asking for money saying “it is customary to give a tip”. You guys are already charging decent money for the tour and guides personally asking for tips does not really set a great impression

Worst Bike -Terrible!!I - I ride bikes often and this was by far the worst bike experience I’ve ever had. Central Park is gorgeous and I have rented bikes 2 other times and loved it. I’ve never rented from this company before but it was last minute so we decided to rent from them. Not only were these awful bikes overpriced but they were in terrible shape. Gears did not shift properly, so it required you figuring how to work the gears manually. Bikes did not coast down hills properly and Seat kept turning and would not stay in place. Hills were impossible because bike wouldn’t coast down hill then gear wouldn’t shift so you could keep some momentum going. Overall an awful experience and I would not recommend this company and their bikes to anyone!!!!

Beware of scammers on NYC City bike rides! - NYC Bike Rides are alot of fun but be careful - the guy in the photo fraudulently charged $600 for a $130 bike ride. He told us his name was Mike & we negotiated a price of $130 ($100 to take us to a restaurant nearby & $30 for pickup/return to the hotel). I used Apple Pay and Visa’s policy stipulates that unless you have a written quote they will not honor a disputed claim. The charge showed up on my acct as SMRK Enterprises. Steer clear of this guy & pay cash for any bike rides around NYC.
