Fun Fun Fun - Weather was beautiful! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and the pace of the tour was just right! The e-bike was the best way to tour central park! Hydrate ahead of time and be prepared to learn a ton on this very exciting tour. If you have moderate to high knee or leg pain, prepare for small inclines and walking and stairs if you want to venture around at the stops. The one thing i will say is bring your patience at the check in though. That was a bit of a cluster…but i got it straightened out pretty quickly and was able to get past that not so fun part!

Fun way to see Central Park - This tour you have an option of regular bikes, e-scooters, or e-bikes. My family all chose e-bikes. The bikes we got did not have the option to just throttle and avoid pedaling (or at least we couldn’t find the option and it wasn’t shown to us). This was a wonderful way to see Central Park. Our guide was knowledgeable, stopped to give info on different locations, and provided the right amount of stops for breaks and photos. The time went by quickly. I recommend getting to the location about 10 min early to get your bike and helmet. If you have never ridden an e-bike you will need to ask them for a demo.

Just a ride around the park - Not great. It didn’t really seem like a ‘tour’ just a bike ride around the park which we could have done ourselves. I was hoping for more history and info.

Bikes are in horrible condition - The condition of the bikes are terrible. When we told the tour lead, his only comment was it will be okay. Some bike you could shift, my fender was rubbing on my front and back tire, missing buttons for assist peddling, etc

First, they could not... - First, they could not find my reservation. I had to call Viator to have them confirm my reservation. We have done several bike trips throughout the world and found this to be one of the worst we’ve ever done. They did not provide a map as they said they would. They had us go with a group of people on electric scooters as well as non-electric bikes. I found the bikes to be old no cupholders no place to put your personal belongings. They did not require us to wear helmets however the helmets did not fit well. I saw other e-bike tours that I wish we would have used it looked like it was only E bikes on the tour. They had cupholders personal place to put their personal belongings. The only plus was our tour guide was very good. I just feel the tour would’ve been much better. Had it only been an E bike so that we could’ve seen more and done more. I would not recommend this company at all
