Central Park ebike tour - The tour was awesome. We got to see a lot of the good sites in Central Park the weather was perfect and I would highly recommend this tour

We had a great time and... - We had a great time and our guide was knowledgeable about the history of Central Park and interesting trivia. It’s a great way to get a bird view of the park.

Fun Fun Fun - Weather was beautiful! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and the pace of the tour was just right! The e-bike was the best way to tour central park! Hydrate ahead of time and be prepared to learn a ton on this very exciting tour. If you have moderate to high knee or leg pain, prepare for small inclines and walking and stairs if you want to venture around at the stops. The one thing i will say is bring your patience at the check in though. That was a bit of a cluster…but i got it straightened out pretty quickly and was able to get past that not so fun part!

A really enjoyable way to see Central Park! - This is an excellent tour and is definitely the best way to see Central Park. Our guide (a young man from the Netherlands) was enthusiastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It was great to see a statue of our beloved Robert Burns in the park!

BAM !!! - Philip was our guide and he rocked it! We had a great group with us from all parts of the country (Michigan, California, Tennessee) and world (Australia). Some rode e-bikes and a few on e-scooters. The group clicked well and we had a lot of laughs and stories to tell. The tour was perfect amount of time and Philip never rushed us if we had questions or wanted to linger longer at a stop. Been to NYC many many times and can’t believe we’ve not ventured into Central Park until this venture. Highly recommend !!

Just do the bike tour!!! - We highly recommend this tour! We found the folks at the check in location very different than some of the other reviews. We liked them very much and even asked for a picture with them! Our guide was amazing. We had the perfect amount of time to look around at each stop and he was very knowledgeable!

Fun way to see Central Park - This tour you have an option of regular bikes, e-scooters, or e-bikes. My family all chose e-bikes. The bikes we got did not have the option to just throttle and avoid pedaling (or at least we couldn’t find the option and it wasn’t shown to us). This was a wonderful way to see Central Park. Our guide was knowledgeable, stopped to give info on different locations, and provided the right amount of stops for breaks and photos. The time went by quickly. I recommend getting to the location about 10 min early to get your bike and helmet. If you have never ridden an e-bike you will need to ask them for a demo.

Really enjoyed the bike... - Really enjoyed the bike tour with our tour guide, Michael. He showed us a good selection of interesting places. It would have been nice to have spent longer at Strawberry Fields somehow.

Great sights but hard to follow along - An e-bike a great way to see the park, but our guide Edward was so soft spoken we could not hear most of his comments. The group of 12 also made hearing him difficult unless you were right next to him. Next time I might try the pedicab ride through the park.

First, they could not... - First, they could not find my reservation. I had to call Viator to have them confirm my reservation. We have done several bike trips throughout the world and found this to be one of the worst we’ve ever done. They did not provide a map as they said they would. They had us go with a group of people on electric scooters as well as non-electric bikes. I found the bikes to be old no cupholders no place to put your personal belongings. They did not require us to wear helmets however the helmets did not fit well. I saw other e-bike tours that I wish we would have used it looked like it was only E bikes on the tour. They had cupholders personal place to put their personal belongings. The only plus was our tour guide was very good. I just feel the tour would’ve been much better. Had it only been an E bike so that we could’ve seen more and done more. I would not recommend this company at all
