Central Park Guided - Efficient team had us on our way in a matter of minutes. Our e-bikes were in great shape and the guide for Central Park was super. Would definitely use this service again.

Philip was great - Philip was great today , we leant so much about Central Park ….A great tour …. The only negative was the girl on front desk she was so unfriendly that I nearly didn’t do the tour as I didn’t feel comfortable…. No one was really that friendly….

Central Park E-bike Tour with Phillip - Phillip was great. We had a small group of about 6 people. I would highly recommend seeing Central Park via e-bike. The park does get busy, so you need to pay attention. This was a great introduction to the park if you have never been before or looking to learn more about Central Park.

Thanks Philip! - It was a great experience! I entered the bike rental where everything starts and after verifying my booking staff asked me to wait for a guide. Philip was on time, showed how electric bike I booked works and we took off. He is a great guy, with lots of information and provides a very pleasant experience of Central Park. The weather was great as well so I could really enjoy the whole tour.

Enjoyable Experience - Fun experience. We had a great time touring Central Park. This was our first time using electric bikes. Our guide, Phillip, provided safety brief for the bikes which was very helpful. He has a wealth of knowledge about the park history.

What a great experience! - I always wanted to explore Central Park and finally got to do it! It was a fun trip through the park.

Good time - This was an easy ride through Central Park. Guide was informative and friendly. The ride started 10 minutes late and finished 8 minutes early, and there were 3 stops along the ride to walk around independently. I would’ve preferred more time to actually ride but overall this was very good experience.

I liked the tour except... - I liked the tour except for they had e-bikes, scooters, and standard bikes all in one group with one tour guide. Nobody went the same pace so a lot of time spent waiting for people to catch up. With this large of a group (14 people total) it was difficult to hear what the guide was saying. We had 5 in our group, all e-bikes, so we paid almost $500 for this tour. I wish we had our own guide. I would recommend to rent your own e-bike and do this tour on your own.

Disappointing - Our tour was scheduled for 3pm, we showed up about 10 minutes early. When checking in the man told us we would have to wait until 4pm for a guide to be available! We did jot want to wait another hour, so the man offered us to tale the bikes and give us an extra hour. We rented electric bikes and had to ask someone there how to operate them. No one came out to help us. The map was horrible. I have not been to Central Park in 10 years so unfortunately there were some famous places that were missed because we did not have a tour guide!! Also, one of out bikes was not operating properly either. Again, very disappointing operation, I would not recommend!!

Our guide, Richard was... - Our guide, Richard was fantastic. We arrived at the bike shop ten minutes early. The staff was rude and had ni record of our pre-paid tour. They treated us with disdain. They sold the remaining bikes to others while we stood there. When Richard arrived, they were forced to go down the street and find five bikes for us. Which cut into our paid tour time. Very upsetting and disappointing. The ride itself was fun and enjoyable because of the guild.
