Perfection - It was everything we saw in the movies. It was so relaxing and the perfect way to kick off our trip to New York city

Christmas in NYC - This tour was Excellent.. Santana was our guide and he was awesome. He made the experience fun and had great knowledge of the area.

Beautiful ride to rough Central Park - Very nice, personable guide. He pointed out different areas and sights, showing us places where movies like Home Alone and Elf were filmed.

Classic NYC experience during the holidays - We had Aiman as our carriage driver and he was wonderful! Pointed out all the important places, stopped for photos and took great pictures. We were really happy with our trip.

Funny. - How in a movie, quite nice to explore the center of all new York

Aiman was a friendly driver who gave us lots of interesting tidbits of information during our tour. - Friendly driver and fun bits of information about the park. I wish the blanket was cleaner to keep out the chill since it was so cold, but overall 👍🏻

Good ride - photo opp not great - The ride was very nice and the driver was good. My only complaint is that he did not take pictures from different angles so that you could see all of us. I was the party who reserved and paid and had to practically squat in the legroom of the carriage and poke. My head out to be visible in the pictures. This was a big trip for both couples and only one has great pictures from this part of it

Didn’t get to go when scheduled, so we had to reschedule the next day. So let’s hope that this works out well for us. - 1 We were in Central Park during the rain waiting for our horse carriage to show up and no one showed. So I called the number and Natasha said that they don’t do it in the rain. I did not get a text saying that. So we had to reschedule for the next day which kind of botched up our itinerary that we had going.

Disappointed - Never happened. Went to the met the driver to be told there were no horses and carriage trips because of the weather. There was no one around I could speak to. I ended up paying out for another way to get around the park with a bike and a carriage. One of the drivers had had a txt message saying the horses wouldn’t be used today because of the weather. Why do you not also message your customers.

Poor communication and disappointed - After planning our morning around this 10 AM tour with my family and walking 1.5 miles up to the meet up point, we find out after being told by the bike tour guides that the carriage rides were all cancelled due to the heat. It was hot that day but no one bothered to text or call us that AM or the even the day/evening before to inform us it would be cancelled. (The operator can see a 3 to 10 day forecast like the rest of us). If you’re taking the tour in the summer you might want to call the day before to verify it’s still a go. Very disappointed that this messed up our plans for the morning since we only had a couple days to show our kids NY and this was our Central Park visit. They quickly refunded our money but communication needs to be better in respect of a customers time.
