Brilliant tour with Dan - We arrived about 20 minutes before start time, but this didn’t matter- we got sorted out with helmets and bikes efficiently and met our guide Dan. There were 10 of us on the tour, and we were the only two from the UK. The bikes worked alright- easy enough to adjust the seat height, although they sometimes slipped down a bit! Not a problem. Dan was a star- very attentive and friendly. He knew enough Dutch and German to impress those people in the group and even made an effort to Google Eastbourne when he learned where we were from. He was also a mine of information about all the places we stopped and could answer any questions we asked. Overall it was very pleasant, not too hard work, and an excellent two hours!

Tour in Spanish with Paula, super successful - We did a tour in Spanish with an electric bicycle, without any problem. Our guide Paula, a ten, was attentive to the entire group and gave us good instructions during the journey and very interesting explanations.

The best ever - Amazing!!!! Super recommended to get to know all the central Park in a quick way and the bikes are in very good condition. Best of all, dan: he rocks!!!!!!!

A must to know Central Park in an original way - Alex has been a friendly guide warm charismatic and attentive, with a lot of knowledge of the city you rating that he is passionate about his work and has treated me and my family very well, I will always recommend this place

We have to. - The guide was named Alex, and it is a crack, highly recommended, do not stop doing it. It tastes a lot and very nice. It's not tiring to ride, but you have to go with the desire to pedal, if you don't ask for the electric bikes. The guide knows a lot of freak facts about the city and is very cultured in general, plus he knows law so he tells you other kinds of details of American society.

Very good Spanish tour with Alex - Magnificent experience the tour of central park with Alex . Ameno , professional and pending to resolve any problems that may arise. The only downside is that it is very difficult to get this tour with New York tourist cards.

The guide Isaac, super influential, patient and with good explanation - We use the tourism card, you have to arrive at 9 to be able to take the 10:30 tour, it is not reserved a day in advance. We only get the tour in English, the tour is for 15 people and lasts 2 hours

Worst impossible - Organizational disaster both in people attending and lack of material. After q.5 h until you had the 3 reservations and bikes the guide had left.

AWFUL! - Horrible!!! That woman from Aifa left us!!!!! We were 5 women alone and it won him!! We didn't know how to get out of central park, everything went wrong with that woman!!! And he still came and said that we had separated from the group! She's a liar!! As one of the group got out the bike chain everything was delayed and started walking much faster to get there! We missed almost everything and LEFT US AND EARNED YOU!! Lousy Service! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
