The crew were friendly, and very helpful to the elderly. The buffet lunch was fresh, tasty and good variety. The paddlewheeler was clean. Mark, the narrator, was amazing. His knowledge of the river system, was incredible and very interesting. We'll definitely do it again, and bring friends.
The whole crew was very professional in welcoming and helping the elderlies and average aged people getting on the riverboat. It was a perfect day for cruising and enjoying the scenery that you never see from the car traffics. The Captain was very good at making comments and history of the river and the boat! I was very impressed at the organization when it came to the buffet for how to guide people to start from table to table but the food was fantastic and very tasty. I would certainly pass the word to everyone and friends from out of town to do this Riverboat tour! This day trip is a 11 our of 10!!
We enjoyed the unique boat and the informative tour guide. However, the lunch was late and rather disappointing. We were shocked that there was smoking allowed on the boat so we were breathing in cigarette smoke for a lot of the tour.

The Juan de Fuca Seniors really enjoyed the cruise and the narrator was excellent telling them all the history of the paddlewheeler And of the surrounding area of the cruise.
It was better then I thought for it is the river.. I'd suggest eating earlier so more time to order sweets after. Being on the upper and almost last to eat gives no time to order after. Also wish we knew what was serving for my boyfriend didn't eat a lot what was there. Other then that I loved the food, learned a lot and nice older boat and good staff.
The tour dialogue was excellent and the food was good.
Staff were all so friendly and where able to assisted in every way. The information provided as we went along the river was very informative. Even for one who grow up in the local area. Food was tasty , plenty of it. I would say thank you for your operation to give others the feeling of the past and history that is there..
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in a wheelchair and the took very good care of me. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The information was very helpful and explanatory. Thank yoi
It was a perfect day, great scenery, history, service, food, would do it again in a heartbeat. Matterfactly will purchase a few for Christmas presents.
The Paddlewheeler left on time. I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful trip up the Fraser River and Pitt River. The narrative was excellent, well paced, and easy to hear. I haven't seen New Westminster, Coquitlam etc. from the river point of view. The bridges were spectacular looking up from the river. I enjoyed the scenery on both sides; it was an interesting trip. I enjoyed lunch as well ... good food, variety, tasty. The dessert squares didn't make it to the boat! My friend's favorite part of a meal is dessert ... so she was disappointed. I'm not much of a dessert eater but enjoyed the chef's solution of cooking little donuts! The staff were friendly. They got us on the boat safely, and off, at the end of the journey. It was raining on Sept. 9 (after all those days of heat & smoke), but I still enjoyed the trip and took pictures. A little sun would have been nice but you can't control that! It was a little cold upstairs where we sat, but we could have gone downstairs. All in all, 5 stars from me ! Thank you for a wonderful lunch cruise ...
The ride itself is interesting and the commentary by your knowledgable commentator added to the interest. The lunch was delicious and plentiful. Altogether, a very enjoyable day.
In spite of the weather a most enjoyable experience of the Fraser river luncheon. Great narration of history and seating provided made it easy to see all sights along the way. The luncheon was great with good variety. Very impressed with the dessert served!
I thought that the amplifier volume could be a little less, especially for people in the bottom enclosed area. Michael Buckingham
All the info was excellent while going up and down. The narrator had a wealth of information about the old history and old names in the area. Very impressed with it all. And the food was great. We enjoyed the whole experience very much.
The day was spectacular, the narration was great, and the servers were helpful. Thanks!
Due to the large group onboard those of us on the top deck did not get to have lunch until we were almost back at the dock. Lunch should have started sooner, after all it was a LUNCH CRUISE. The staff were terrific.
We thoroughly enjoyed the luncheon cruise on the Fraser River. The staff were friendly and helpful; the narrative history was interesting. The luncheon had a good selection of vegetarian salads and sliced meats plus warm dinner rolls. We had a wonderful day.
Enjoyed the trip and the people we met. Was a little hard to hear the commentary which was interesting. Was disappointed with the food.
My husband and I mainly enjoyed the trip. The commentator along most of the trip was exceptional - my disappointment was that there were no working speakers in the `top centre-area' of the boat. Initially I would catch a small portion of `something' being said about the views along the shore, but I would only get snippets of it. Eventually I wandered to the front and realized that there was a working speaker there so stayed until it got too crowded or wanted a different vantage point and my husband was not able to stand very long. I mentioned the `speakers not working' in the centre area where we were sitting and one Rep. said "yes sometimes they're too loud and sometimes not at all". Later on another Rep asked me how I was enjoying the trip and I mentioned the disappointment about the speakers and her response was `guess you will have to do the trip again'. So since you asked - you knowing that the speakers were not working and doing nothing about it was quite disappointing. Thank you, Marilyn Dirksen
It was a lovely day and the service was great. I had a tropical mimosas and something called peach pirate punch and they were both so well made. I look forward to trying one of the dinner cruises in the future

The cruise and narrator was excellent.Everyone enjoyed the buffet. Many requested another cruise another time.
STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMODATING, FOOD WAS DELICIOUS...ALSO FOR MY VEGETARIAN DAUGHTER AND IT WAS A PICTURE PERFECT DAY! THANK YOU.
The crew were very friendly. The food was excellent. The commentator was very informative and really knew his history. He also ha a great sense of humour and can tell a good story. We'll be going on this trip again.
The trip was interesting and lunch was good. We had an eight year old with us, probably a little too sedate for him but all in all enjoyable. Appreciate that you operate in many weather conditions but the forward cabin up top is very stuffy on a warm day - having the opportunity to have some fresh air come in would be recommended.
Because they were so informative on the history and culture of the area. Even when we got mooned by a person on shore they made light of it. Staff were very polight and even had a small area outside for a person to have a smoke. This was nice for my wife and a few other seniors who still smoke in this Dictatorship where smokers have no rights. A rewarding short cruise with a nice buffet and no watered down cocktails. Will go again.
We were all impressed by the promptness of our departure, the knowledge of the trip narrator, and our lunch. We were slightly disappointed that we couldn't go upstream, but that was because of the bridge being unable to open, not your fault. We had a lovely trip.
Great Service Entertaining Naration Good Atmosphere
Very informative. Crew were very friendly
Very informative. Lived here for many years so it was great to hear the local history of the river.
Good decaf coffee - Tassimo? Good food Good commentary Good personable and efficient servers I would have given 5-stars but I'm used to 5 star cruise ships! Also, the ladies washroom had a broken toilet; I had to fix the mechanism inside.
Everyone on board wwas friendly and attentive, the narrator extremely knowledgeable. The cold buffet was very tasty and we could go back for seconds if we chose. We had a perfect view of both sides of the river from our seats, although one area on port side could only see one side, but if you choose to sit there be aware.
I have made this trip about 8 times and love it everytime. It is wonderful to hear about the life on the Fraser River I usually bring up to 20 people with me and all I hear is how much they enjoyed the trip. I will be back again and again. The life on the river changed every time.

The cruise was professionally managed, pleasant crew, delicious lunch, and we'll narrated with rich history! We will definately b back!
Large group of men were very noisy and we couldn't hear the tour guide.
Your staff were very friendly, helpful, thoughtful. Good communication and we felt like they were looking after us personally even tho the boat was full. Loved the food and the extra dessert that came our way. Thank you al!
I thought that the lunch could have been better. Everything seemed to have come from Costco.
Thanks so much,we had such a great time. Wonderful staff, learned very interesting information from the narrator. Looking forward to the next time
this was our first time on the Paddle wheeler our 2 Guests from Ontario were very happy to relax & enjoy the Narrator's knowledge of the Fraser River. Plus it was comfortable & enclosed on a duller cooler day. The service gal was very nice plus the luncheon was very good. The Pricing is very reasonable. I am an old boater who ran a 1952 Wooden Chris Craft Constellation with Twin 210 hp gas engines. We shall see you again. Keep up the great work. Wayne Sephton
Disappointed that smoking was allowed on the boat. The smoke wafted to the back of the top deck where we were seated. We had a baby and small children on board. Tea, coffee and non alcoholic beverages should ha ve been included in the price.
