Was a great family experience, we took our grandson and he really enjoyed it.
On time, economical, good food and beverage selections, good length and interesting commentary.
Staff was great. Commentator was pretty good, could have talked more about the history of the Fraser river. Nice views.

awesome staff. Awesome server. We will definitely do it again!
We were a group of 9 people and are all of us locals living in the lower mainland all our lives. It was a first tour for all of us on the Paddlewheeler. We were pleasantly surprised and learned a lot about the Fraser river. We are planning to come back and do the 6 hour trip to Pitt lake.
We enjoyed the boat, staff and journey. Would have been nice to have more food selection is all. Thank you!
Service was friendly, good explanation about the area, and smooth uneventful ride
We had fun.their staff are all wonderful
We would have like a bit more background music instead of a continuous commentary over a broken speaker system. Also cigar smoke from another passenger was annoying. It should be posted on the website that smoking is allowed on the vessel.
Announcer was outstanding! Made the information fun and interesting. The boat was super cute :)
I took my 86 year old parents on the 2 hour cruise. The staff were wonderful, they helped my dad who uses a cane and allowed me to order my drink in advance of waiting for the server since we had no table. We were one of the first 20 on but there were no seats in the upper deck lounge but a nice person gave my dad a chair and we sat in the breeze way. I only paid $20 per ticket x 3 people but I would have gladly paid more it I could have reserved a seat. I would likely go again, by myself and stand outside and enjoy the scenery and commentary.
Fun. Left on time. Arrived on time. Commentary interesting
The narrator did and excellent job in describing what we were seeing and the history generally. The two hour length of the tour was ideal.
It was amazing trip, staff was nice and polite, I am pretty sure we will back again Many Thanks!!!!!
We had a wonderful time aboard the Paddlewheeler!
Good attention to detail, good choice f snacks etc. on the ship and a great narrative.
Would have been better without the smoke but a very informative tour! Thank You!
very informative, overall a very plesant afternoon trip
wish there were a few more choices from the food menu
Enjoyed the ride but I like a quiet cruise. A bit of easy listening low volume background music is fine. I can do without the narration, which was also much too loud. May I suggest giving out a blue tooth headset for any clients who want to listen to the narration and that way folks can have the option.
We would have been completely satisfied as the tour was excellent, staff and service were good, The negative was the fact that young boys near our table were inhaling something from a canister and exhaling lots of smoke, causing a discomfort to us. We cannot fathom why in today's world, your company still allows smoking. We took a small table by the access to the walkway and never realized this was in an area that allowed smoking. We then tried to find other suitable seating and there was none available, so we endured. We will recommend the tour to others and have already done so but told them to be aware of the smoking section.
Very enjoyable ride on the Fraser. The boat left on time. The staff were extremely pleasant and we learned lots of history.
We took our father out for his 79 birthday and he worked on the Fraser river it was a great day for him to get back out on the water! His smile was all we wanted! Thank you Paddlewheeler!!

My party of friends and I enjoyed the boat. It had character and history. It smelled and looked like a paddle wheeler would. We enjoyed the pictures and artifacts. Of the trip we thought the scenery and river were interesting. We liked the choice of islands and areas to sail past. It was a unique perspective.
Enjoyed the scenery , of Newwestminster, of the the surroundings on the river. Also a enjoyable relaxing cruise on the riverboat.
It was very relaxing and the weather couldn't have been better, the staff was great, if anything could be made better it is the PA system there were a few dead spots that we couldn't hear what was being said.
It was a smooth sailing or cruise. Nice to see the city from water. Crew was very friendly and good customer service.
Great cruise...... family of 6. Kids loved it and got to meet the captain. We had fries and nachos.... fries were so good we ordered more. Drinks were good! Was very interesting hearing about the port over the years and we enjoyed seeing the giant cargo ships and the logs in the river. Highly recommend.... good value
Everything is good except it doesn't go far.
Young, old and everything in-between - no better way to spend a couple of hours than on a paddle-wheeler on the lower Fraser. The views, the friendly competent staff and the pleasure of being out on the water all contributed to our group's sunny afternoon, but what really set this tour apart was the guide's commentary. His affection for the river, its history and the people who work on it was evident from the moment he started speaking. Whether telling tales of Fraser being chased up the river, of quarantining aboriginals on Poplar Island or of longshoremen's work (and work habits), he brought perspective, depth and a certain wistfulness to what the river is and has been. Equally enjoyable for visitors and those who reside in the Lower Mainland.
I liked the narration and the food and the ambience, it's just the scenery that is not as interesting. But still pleased I went.
Great service. .nice tour.
Enjoyed the trip and the food. Good explanation except for that open train bridge between the Quayside and Queensborough. I may have missed it. The food was good snack food at reasonable prices. Love the cream puff. Friendly staff too.
I received feed back from our group and they were very pleased . The Cruise was timely -- 2 hours was perfect , the weather was perfect and the speaker guide overhead kept us informed about the history along the ride which made it very interesting. The cost was within the range which allowed our group to enjoy. It was good that there was refreshments available for those who wanted and there was no push to purchase if not wanted. It was good there was a outside smoking area however, when the door was open the smoke blew in our faces. I don,t know if you can fix it --- the breeze had full control. I would certainly do it again and most likely will do. Boarding was timely which allowed people to get on board and find seating. Thank you so much. Diana Baker
