And all crew members were very nice and helpful and prioritized our safety!

From start to finish, our experience with My Own Water Sports was nothing short of exceptional. The service was impeccable, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our family had a safe, fun, and unforgettable day on the water. We began with a jet ski adventure, and I was thoroughly impressed by the team’s commitment to safety—every child had their life jacket properly fitted and secured before we even got started. They patiently taught us the rules of the water, how to operate the jet skis, and helped us feel confident and in control before heading out. It was safe, exciting, and an absolute highlight for the kids! Next, we moved on to parasailing, and it truly took our breath away. The instructions were clear and reassuring, from lift-off to landing, and the staff made sure everyone felt comfortable before taking flight. Watching my children soar through the sky with huge smiles on their faces is a memory I will cherish forever. They even offered convenient transportation to and from the excursion site, which made the entire experience seamless. On top of that, My Own Water Sports presented us with a variety of other activities to explore private beach adventures, see-through boat tours with photo opportunities, charter trips, marlin fishing, speed boat excursions, and sightseeing along the beautiful beaches. They were incredibly well connected with other charter companies and provided us with options we didn’t even know existed. We were catered to with delicious food upon request, and every detail felt intentional, caring, and designed to make our Christmas vacation truly special. The kids didn’t want to leave they were ready for even more activities by the end of the day! I must say, we felt genuinely taken care of from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. My Own Water Sports showed true dedication, kindness, and professionalism in everything they did. Thank you for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime. Awesome day at Cabbage beach! - We had such a great time with the parasailing, banana boat and jet skis! My 8-year old son enjoyed all 3 (although we all barely survived the banana boat wild ride!). During our wait time we went snorkeling at the beach and saw a ton of angel fish(?)— at least that’s what they looked like. The staff was super friendly — highly recommend!!

Great fun for father and son 😎 - Great time, all the workers were excellent!!! Weather was beautiful and water was crystal clear and warm 🇧🇸

Jetski - Due to a cold front they had to cancel the banana boat and parasites. We only got to do the jetski. It was due to windy conditions and in no way the fault of the organizer. He did his best to make it fun. We had a good time. If the weather had cooperated it would have been amazing. Lady who takes care of the restroom washed the sand out of our shoes for us and the restroom was immaculate

Overpriced but Good experience, - I don’t feel the experience was worth the money and amount of time. We finished all activities within an hour. Either they need to offer more time on other activities or shorten the time and decrease the price. They said we could chill until the end of our time, but I didn’t pay this amount to sit on the beach. If they were more reasonably price, $150-$180, I would highly recommend! Jet skis were nice, easy to handle and in good condition but you only for 30 mins. Parasailing is 7 mins per person and the banana boat was less than 10 mins.

Worst birthday ever! - They never came and picked me up. This site is very misleading. They said they would pick me up From celebration key, when I get there and I call they said they are in Nassau and that they couldn’t get me. The proceeds to say they can’t issue a refund. Mind you it was my birthday. The worst time of my life. I would never use them again! I will make sure to let everyone know this experience is a scam!

Slow to get a refund - We arrived at the venue and the activities were cancelled due to high winds, which we completely understood. We requested a full refund and still have not gotten one or a confirmation that we will be receiving a refund. This was 4 days ago at this point. I have reached out to Viator three different times about this.
