Tour was fantastic!!!
Nita was an excellent guide. We had a very small group which I really liked and the tour itself was comprehensive, informative and entertaining.
We absolutely loved the host. She was very nice and informative. She even talked with us afterwards and gave us some suggestions on places to see and go to while we were visiting. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the area.
Nita, our guide, was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and fun
Our guide, Dave, was very helpful and easygoing. We enjoyed our walking tour (in the rain!) and learned a great deal. Dave shared his expertise in architecture, history, and traditions. He also answered our questions and gave us helpful recommendations. This was a great way to see a beautiful, unique neighborhood.
Had a great time. I actually can do the recipe. Awesome. Thanks.
Frank is amazing, he is truly the spirit of New Orleans, I would definitely join him again !
Our guide was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and had a great mix of history and pop culture. It was extremely hot and he took great care to always stop us in the shade and also gave opportunities to buy water from a street vendor. I’ve done quite a few walking tours in multiple cities and this was definitely a favorite.
Tour guide Frank was very knowledgeable about the history of the area! Really glad we chose this particular tour. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends!
Dave was a wonderful guide. He filled us up with interesting information and insights all along the tour and was engaging (as well as patient with our toddler who often took longer to catch up). Congrats! We had a great time.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and answered questions well. With the heat she was able to take breaks often and keep everyone comfortable. The cemetery and houses were amazing to see!
Our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and fun.
Loved my tour guide, Dave! He was very informative and considerate with the people In the group! The Garden District was beautiful and I loved hearing about all the history.
Great tour! I really enjoyed all of the information and history. Tour guide was great and pricing was very reasonable.
Fun and interesting tour. Frank was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and a great local resource.. Only suggestion is around speaking style. Frank was wonderful but had a tendency to speak quickly and frequently turned to face what he was describing instead of facing the guests. We missed some juicy tidbits as a result.
I have been visiting New Orleans for 5+ years and this was by far the finest tour I have ever been on! Rob was wonderful, knowledgeable and fun. So very interesting that I would take his tour again and have already recommended him to a friend. Thank you! I will not book a tour with any other tour company.
An excellent tour, well worth it!
Dave was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and made sure to share the history, and culture in shaded spots throughout the tour. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in learning about the rich history of the Garden District!
Nita was great, even in the pouring rain!! Lol I loved her take on the history of the city she obviously loves. The cemetery was my favorite part. Learned so much. I also really appreciated her sharing info about the different architectural styles and a bit of history about how they showed up in NOLA. The next time I come to town, I'd like to take the tour again. Perhaps Mother Nature will cooperate another time. :-). I would highly recommend the tour to anyone! Thanks for a great morning in the Garden District!
Even though the weather did not cooperate, the guide was personable and taught us several interesting points about the death ritual of folks in N.O. I hope to come back someday and catch a tour on a sunny day :-)
Would have preferred less talk about what celebrities live where, more info on house dates and design. Description said some info on plants would be given but that wasn't discussed at all.
Randy was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. We had a really nice time!
David was an excellent tour guide. His knowledge of architectural styles and of the history of the Garden District is impressive. He provided a wealth of information with impeccable delivery--dates, architectural details, historical information, all without a single filler word or sound (e.g., "um," "uh"). I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and will recommend it highly to my friends.
Our tour guide was excellent, but we had him before for the French quarter tour. He did a great job on both and very little of the information was in common however it would've been nice to have a choice, for variety / perspective.
Needa was an exceptional guide. The way she spoke was very easy to follow and she added a touch of humor to keep things interesting. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting New Orleans.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and totally engaging... learned many new things.. a good time
Randy Bibb is amazing! Factual and entertaining...
Too much talk- rambling. Not enough learning . Heat may have been a factor
The Garden District Walking Tour was a great, informative way to see the Garden District and Lafayette Cemetery. Our tour guide, Randy Bibb, was excellent and very entertaining.
Loved the guide Dave. Very friendly and knowledgeable
We learned so much. It was so entertaining! We will do the tour again for sure!!!
Disappointed we did not see AHS' Miss Robichaux’s Academy for Exceptional Young Ladies.
Frank was very informative and tried to keep us moving and in the shade on a very warm day. It was a beautiful area!
Our tour guide, Dave, was so down to earth, knowledgeable, engaging and shared a wealth of fascinating information. Really started our first trip to New Orleans off right!
Our guide Dave, was very knowledgeable and interesting. He kept the tour moving.
Very good tour guide. Knowledgeable, friendly, good pace, found shade
Had a great time seeing the garden district and the cemetery. I wish the tour had been longer as we didn't get to spend nearly enough time at everything and there was way more to see.
The houses were beautiful and grand, the cemetery was amazing, and coupled with our guide's knowledge of history and culture, it made for a very interesting and educational tour.
Other than having gone to Savannah and Charleston I was hooked on the charm and the history of the south, mainly the architectural (antebellum) aspect of it. Finally 10 years later I made it to New Orleans. Our tour guide was extremely informative with a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend this tour to others.
Enjoyed the tour very much. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. Especially enjoyed the cemetery.
Dave was great! He was a good speaker that shared interesting information and could answer any questions asked of him. This tour was our favorite part of the trip.
I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our guide was informative and friendly. We had a very large group - so it might have helped if she had a portable microphone. I would certainly refer you to friends traveling to NOLA.
