We were given the wrong address. We aren't from New Orleans so the directions "between (street name) and (street name) will not tell an out of towner how to get to the meeting site. When we called to get firm address we were given 810 N Rampart as the meeting place. We arrived at 801 N Rampart only to find we were provided the wrong address with no time to travel to the correct address. Ryan told us to go to groupon for a refund, Groupon doesn't refund this activity so we are out the tour fee. We would have rather had the tour. Missing the tour was extremely disappointing. We used Groupon for other activities in New Orleans and had a great time.
