Fantastic Experience and Great View - Definitely go and try to schedule it before sunset to get best of both worlds with the city views in the daylight and city at night. We did the drink package and it’s definitely worth it they are extremely generous with the pour! They also take professional photos with 3 edited photos. They offer 1 photo with frame for $30 or all 3 photos without the frame for $20 but it would have to be cash only which was fine because we thought it was totally worth getting all 3 for that price.

Worth seeing - It’s not the tallest observation deck I’ve visited but it was still nice. There are some cool views of the city as well as some very well thought out exhibits inside that we enjoyed. Everyone who worked there was super pleasant and helpful.

Perfection - The $87+ dollars I spent to go with my friend was well worth every dollar. The small tour in multiple films, including in the elevator were fascinating and informative. The best thing were the observation deck, both inside and outside. The view from both is breathtaking, particularly the upper outdoor view. Me and my friend have decided this is going to be a regular thing to do when I come to New Orleans..

Do this Now! It’s fantastic! - Awesome views…can see everything far away and up close . I even saw the cruise port. There are guides along the way. The elevator ride up plays a video. This is an awesome experience.

Well worth a visit. - Went with my two adult sons on our last day in New Orleans to fill in a bit of time but really glad we went. It was extremely interesting and done in a different way than a lot of exhibitions. Some parts were interactive, pointing your finger at the screens to move the mouse. We loved steering the barge on a higher floor, which had great views. We then went to the top floor where you could have a drink and walk outside. The views were amazing. This was a great find and well worth a visit.

An interesting visit – acceptable price in the “starter + drink” version - It is a 360-degree observatory that offers panoramic views of NOLA on the 33rd and 34th floors of the Four Seasons Hotel. On the ground floor, an interactive exhibition will give you lots of information about the city. The “French language” tab exists but is not filled in. Too bad... At the panoramic level, you have “view finders” that allow you to identify the places you see. The elevator is fast and will offer you an immersive show very well done. However, the asking price to see a "panorama" might seem very high to you at nearly 30 USD/person. But if you take into account that the price includes a drink (cocktail, beer or other...), the ticket price becomes more acceptable....The bar is on the 34th floor and you can walk on the terrace with your drink.

Very poor customer service. - Be WARNED the booking platform will allow you to buy tickets for days when they are not actually open. Their customer service team will then ignore you. To give the whole picture we were booking the tickets whilst walking down Canal St, we went straight the BOOK TICKETS, it was very prominent on the mobile webpage. It allowed us to book and pay for tickets. We arrived to discover that it was closed. We re-checked the website and looked a little further and found it is not open on Tuesdays or Wednesdays ever. I have used some small family run tour companies and their website were signify more advanced than this shambles as they new when tours were available and when they were sold out and obviously would not allow you to book and pay… I don’t mind the very poor website but maybe it is more by design to fraudulently take your money. The most basic of websites can do better. Furthermore the reason I suggest it is possibly more by design is due the customer service team who fail to respond to the telephone number and email address given on the same website.
