Enlightening - The cemetery tour began on time. It was a quick walk from the meeting location. Our guide Alan was knowledgeable. He described the process of internment and shared many interesting stories on those buried there, as well as a few "puny" jokes. I recommend this tour. I certainly learned a lot more than when I walked through years ago.

This is something you... - This is something you should do! Great experience! Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun! Well worth the time.

This tour was at the top... - This tour was at the top of my bucket list for the trip and my entire group had a great time. Our tour guide (Tyler) was knowledgeable and humorous, which made for a fun time. Also, they have tents with misting-fans throughout to help combat the weather, which we experienced both. Started out blazing hot and then we to pouring down raining.

If you like history, and... - If you like history, and are into older architecture, this is the place to go. The guid was very knowledgeable, and made the experience delightful, with a touch humor. Definitely a place to visit if your in the area.

Zelda the great tour guide!! - Great tour!! A lot to learn about the history of the cemetery and New Orleans!! Zelda was an amazing tour guide in telling us the history of the St Louis cemetery and brought in her own personal stories...great tour!!

Informative and Fun - What a fun Tour. Our tour guide, Jimmy was amazing! He really knew the history and back stories of some of the people buried. Would highly recommend!

AMAZING Cemetery Tour! - I’ve taken this cemetery tour several times over the years and it’s usually great. However, this year our tour guide was James. He is a history professor and he really took this tour to the next level. It was a fascinating tour and I learned things I never knew. He’s a really interesting guide and we were so lucky to get him! I highly recommend this tour of the beautiful, historic cemetery. It is well worth your time and money!

Must see in NOLA - Jeff was knowledgeable and made great recommendations elsewhere in the city. I wish the tour would allow you more time for viewing other tombs on the tour but I understand keeping everyone together for safety and preservation of the cemetery. This tour is a must!

Bury me Above Ground. - Great and very informative. This has always been a bucket list tour for me. I’ve seen this cemetery in so many of my favorite shows and movies I’ve always said I wanted to go there when ever got a chance to visit New Orleans. Our tour guide was also great.

The tour was good but the... - The tour was good but the guide got a little sarcastic. When heading over to the cemetery the guide pretty much left us. we had someone on a disability scooter. Even though the tour does not start until you get in the cemetery, you should take your group in as a team?group. When I entered the cemetery he pretty much left us. When I got up there I ask the guy to slow down and wait on us . His statement was we have not started, Dude you started when we left the lobby. then as the tour went on he made very snide remarks about keeping up, dont fall behind. things of this nature. He then hit on my niece which was not cool. Not impressed. I would not do the cemetery tour again if this was my guide. I understand he may have been frustrated as I ask him to wait on us but I felt he was leaving us behind. When you take a group from the lobby you should keep them all together. The girl collecting the tickets was on the phone and could care less.
