A dope distillery - Your was very informative and educational. Logan answered all of my questions as I nerded out over the science. This spot is well connected to Nola’s roots and has a focus on sustainability which is a plus!

Awesomeness - The tour and tasting at 7 3 Distillery Company was an excellent experience from start to finish. The space has a great vibe — relaxed, polished, and welcoming — and you can immediately tell there’s real pride in the craft. A big shoutout to Tina, our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the tour feel personal and easy to follow. She explained the distilling process in a way that was informative without being overwhelming, and her passion really showed. She kept things moving at a great pace while still making time for questions and conversation. Another special shoutout to Renee, the bartender. She was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled at what she does. The tasting was smooth, well explained, and enjoyable, with Renee making sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of while walking us through each pour. Between Tina’s great tour and Renee’s excellent service at the bar, the entire experience felt well run and memorable. If you enjoy quality spirits, good energy, and staff who genuinely care about your experience, 7 3 Distillery Company is absolutely worth a visit.

Great tour and samples! - We had a great time with Logan. This was recommended by our hotel and we greatly enjoyed sampling and learning about the process and NOLA. Highly recommend if you have a couple of hours and like smooth drinks!

Fun tasting, not really a "distillery tour". - First, this company was the only 1 of 4 that actually answered our request to book a tour. If you want to listen to some jokes and taste small samples of 7 different distilled spirits this is a great thing to do. If you want to actually lean anything about a distillery, this is not the tour for you. Ashley was our tour guide and she was pretty funny and engaging with the large group. She explained the liquor being tasted and some (mostly correct) New Orleans history and culture. We were in the warehouse surrounded by barrels and walked past the distilling equipment and storage tanks but not a word was said about either. The gift shop was nice and the prices were pretty good. Their bar (where they take you after the tasting) was very loud and we didn't stay.
