Would recommend as a trip to do if visiting New Orleans. - We really enjoyed this trip on the steamboat. The live jazz band was a treat, the Buffett style meal was nice with some vegetarian options and we had a lovely white wine on board. Considering it was absolutely freezing weather outside it was nice and warm inside the seated area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent way to explore NOLA - If you are going and not eating dinner you do not need to be there as early as 5:45pm as they recommend. They open for boarding slightly before 6pm for the first dinner seating, but they don’t push off from the doc until closer to 7pm. Other than that this was an incredible way relax and listen to live jazz while learning a little more about the city.

Steamboat cruise one of the best things to do in New Orleans - The cruise was on schedule and the food and entertainment were amazing. The buffet is one of the best in New Orleans. The narration was on point during the cruise.

Ok but can do better - Food is not good and not enough choices for dessert (pudding so so) The music band should be located in another spot (not at the restroom entrance 😱😱😱)

Not worth the money - The food was mediocre at best. Our waiter was not the friendliest but the rest of the staff was great

Pity about the meal - The cruise is well organised from the time you arrive to check-in to the time you disembark. Unfortunately in my opinion there are too few chairs for the state capacity of the boat. When you leave the dock the cruise is smooth and sedate giving plenty of photo opportunities, the information about the river and the bat is both interesting and well presented. And now to the dinner, the selection on the buffet was limited and in some instances in short supply. But the main criticism I have is that it was the "roast" beef was seared on the outside but raw on the inside not having being cooked to the safe temperature of 75 degrees C.

Dont waste your money - They talk over very loud speakers throughout the trip making it a tourist bus tour occasion. Ruined the experience. Not romantic at all. On and on with useless information you could ask a uber driver about. Oh and i hope you want to know how the boat works. Down to the torque of the engine. So sad. Waste of money and time.

Not a fan. Would not recommend - Service was poor. Some staff seemed unfriendly and not very helpful. Food was good. My suggestion is let everyone eat at once
