Wonderful tour - Our guide was very knowledgeable about the city. We learned a lot. He confirmed the pick up time with me by phone. Arrived at our hotel promptly and returned us afterwards. I definitely recommend this tour.

Do this excursion if you’re a first time visitor to NOLA. - Joe was very informative and very nice. He went slow enough for us to take photos and spoke during the entire 2.5 hours.

New Orleans guided city bus tour. - Guide Gray Kuhn truly enjoys educating people about the city he loves, New Orleans. He went above and beyond by texting us, unprompted, links to local restaurants, things to do, transit apps, and filmography in 'Nawlins'. His driving felt safe, and his knowledge about the history of the city, both historical and more recent post Katrina was tremendous. Add his great attitude and kindness to the mix, and that makes Gary the best bus city tour guide I've ever had. Thank you, Gary!

Great tour - Remember you need to be ready before your pick-up time in order to start the tour on time. Relaxing ride and a surprise stop was nice.

Be Mindful..... - Joseph really had an unpleasant attitude towards my mom and I during the tour. He later apologized for his behavior. But, he took his frustrations out on us due to the lack of communication on the behalf of his company. Otherwise, it was a good outing during our trip to NOLA.

We were mislead. - I was between choosing this tour verses another one because I wanted to take pictures standing in front of the cathedral. We were mislead. We purchased our tickets with an agent and we specifically asked if we were going to stop and get off at each major area and assured us after asking someone else that we would. That was not a true statement. I really wanted to take pictures with us in it, not while speeding down the street. I was very disappointed. Other than that, the driver was nice and informative.
