Family tour - We had John as a guide. He was a great story teller who did a wonderful job leading a group of about 25 people. He interacted well with the New Orleans crowd and led us on a 95 minute tour of the French quarter. My 15 and 12 yr old daughters loved the tour.

100% great time and at a amazing prices. Can't wait to go back - My Husband, Father in-law, and my self. Was in New Orleans and went on the Great Adventures ghost and murder tour. Our tour guide was Sydney and she was 100% amazing. Every respectful and and keeps everything 100% real to the history of the tour locations. Definitely 100% to anyone looking for the a true historical tour of the Frinch Quarters of New Orleans. And we so can't wait to go back with family and take them on the tour as well. We had a blast.

The tour guide was... - The tour guide was knowledgeable, however the group was so big it made it very hard to hear her properly. I also wish the tour ended at the meeting place as opposed to just ending on a random street, due to the late end time.

Fourth generation New Orleanian's experience - DJ Hayes was our tour guide and while being an interesting character, think of Steve-O, which in itself isn't a bad thing, his take on my hometown wasn't appreciated at all. I was born and raised in pre-Katrina New Orleans. Anyone from New Orleans knows it's history, good and bad; you couldn't escape it if you wanted to because it permeated the landscape and the culture, and more importantly, because New Orleanians are fiercely proud of their city and heritage. To this point, his spin/knowledge is one that doesn't miss the opportunity to slant local history and historical figures through a leftist tainted lens. If you're progressive, you'll love this tour. If you're a history nerd, or anything other than a progressive, find a tour offered by a born and raised local.

Not a ghost tour, it's a history tour. - Our tour guide, DJ, was bad. He talked so fast we couldn't understand him. What we could hear, it was a history lesson instead of a ghost tour. It was A LOT of walking and not a lot of stopping and talking about the haunts of New Orleans. For us, it was a total waste of time and money. It was advertised as a "approximately a 2 hour tour". We left 20 minutes after our tour start time and wasted another 15 at a bar. Be waned this NOT a ghost tour, it is a historical tour of the French quarter. That's not what we signed up for.
