Such a fun, delicious, and educational experience - I thought this would be fun, but it surpassed expectations. We had Chef Eric. He was absolutely the best! For three hours he regaled us with a combination of storytelling, history, humor, and clear, excellent cooking tips! When we actually tasted the food, I was so impressed by how delicious it was. It was as good or better than anything else. I ate New Orleans this week!! he could absolutely have a career as a stand-up comedian, but he he was so great at crafting a combination of wit, integrated with real substance about the background of some of the food styles, history of Creole and Cajun culture, impractical cooking techniques. It’s funny as he was you could tell he took his work very seriously. Highly recommend!

Awesome Experience! - This demo was suggested by our carriage driver. Chef Eric was great! Entertaining, funny and one hell of a cook. He cooked gumbo, jambalaya, bread pudding & pralines, all delicious!! As he cooked, he entertained with stories of local food history, offering his expert advice along the way. Everyone received copies of the recipes. Can’t wait to get home and try them. Highly recommend New Orleans School of Cooking Demo Class!!
