The couple that cooks together stays together. - My wife enjoyed working with Chef Cindy during the cooking class on June 20th. It was our 28th Anniversary gift to each other, so it was very special cooking a meal and enjoying it together. The class was excellent and the menu options superb. I can't wait to recreate them all at home...especially the Bananas Foster with crepes. The instruction was easy to follow, and the recipes flawless. I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in making delicious Louisiana dishes from home.

Noob made 3 yummy dishes - I had very little cooking experience before this class. So, I was outside of my comfort zone. Last night I made 3 delicious dishes under Chef Greg guidance. I'm very thankful I took the class.

Great fun evening - it was a wonderful experience. The chef was patient and great and created a very collegial atmosphere. Everybody got to enjoy plenty of food in addition to making it. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Class! - Such a warm, inviting and wonderful cooking class experience. We were a night class led by Chef Cindy and Martha. I felt right at home!
Well organized, great dialog, fellow classmates and of course a wonderful meal. This class was the best vacation experience! Thanks, and I'll be back!

A wealth of history and cemetery knowledge - We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the New Orleans cemeteries! He is a wealth of knowledge and shared so much history with our group. I highly recommend

Don’t miss out on this amazing experience! - A wonderful experience! Chef Terry is a GREAT teacher. She made everything look so easy! I hope you have Mr. Packy around to help you with your seasoning! He can just look at your dishes and tell you if they need more seasoning! I only wish I could take them both home with me!

Great Find! - We like to find cooking classes when we travel, but sometimes it's hit or miss. This time was definitely a hit! We had a great teacher, chef ricardo, and another couple. He was very informative and funny and made the cooking experience a treat! We made a three-course meal, traditional to New Orleans, and everything was delicious. It was a very fun time and I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to do something different while on vacation, or a date, or a friend's outing.

An Excellent Girls Weekend Experience - We have a lovely evening at the cooking school during our mother/daughter weekend in New Orleans. The chef was very entertaining and we learned to cook some new dishes and a little bit about the history of Louisiana food. Highly recommended!
