The best time on vacay - This was probably the most fun we had on our 7 day trip with our friends. Chef Joe genuinely loved telling the history of the food we were cooking, and had fun, (and patience), teaching us how to cook 3 amazing dishes. We can’t wait to get together with our friends again back at home to cook this entire meal again! Joanne and JayLynn were great, as well. Everyone made sure our wine glasses were full. The setup is very user friendly, with only two people to a station. Compared to other meals we had in NOLA, it was very reasonable and more than worth the price. This has forever changed the way we will plan our vacations and will now look for cooking classes everywhere we go.

New Orleans cooking class - We went on a Friday evening. It was me, my husband and our adult son. The class was perfect, all ingredients measured and set out for us. All we had to do was cook them. They provided drinks and at the end, we ate what we cooked. All 3 of us, had a fun time and loved our meal! It was a great way to spend an evening.

So much fun - What an outstanding way to spend an evening. My wife and I loved this class. Interactive, fun, informative, hands on cooking several of Louisiana’s signature dishes - gumbo, shrimp and grits, and bananas foster. They serve wine and beer complimentary with your package.

Fun evening of cooking and conversation. - Fun experience getting instruction and hands on experience cooking authentic New Orleans cuisine. They even sprinkled in some history for each dish we made. Liked how we all got to sit down after each course and enjoy what we made before going back and cooking the next course. They also did a great job of keeping our glasses full.

Amazing Anniversary Celebration! - My wife and I did a brunch cooking class with Austin and it was a blast. With excellent guidance (and lots of fun 🤩 plus great cooking stories and lore from first-class chef Austin) we made and enjoyed several delicious dishes. We also enjoyed meeting our fellow students. A local gem must do when visiting!!
