Awesome Experience - My first class. Chef Ricardo was personable and professional. Made it all seem easy. In spite of the fact that "we" cooked the meal, it was delicious!

Fun, Well-Organized Cooking Class with a Great Chef - My brother-in-law and I had a wonderful experience at the Cooking School of New Orleans. The overall setup of the class was excellent, and we really appreciated how engaging, knowledgeable, and fun Chef Ricardo was. He created a welcoming atmosphere that made the class enjoyable from start to finish. One thing that stood out was how well the team managed different skill levels and comfort levels in the kitchen. Everyone felt included and supported, regardless of experience, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment. My only suggestion would be to offer classes with clearly defined skill levels. It would be great for those who are more comfortable in the kitchen to choose a more advanced experience. That said, this was still a fantastic class, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and educational cooking experience in New Orleans.
