The Queen Creole historical trip is the best in New Orleans!! - This was an awesome experience. The entire crew was very friendly and helpful. Charles Chestnut was amazing as our narrator/story teller of the history of New Orleans. He is very knowledgeable and hilarious. If you have to choose between the Natchez or the Queen Creole, choose the Queen Creole. It was a lot more fun.

Disappointed - River cruise offered up a lot of history as we went along. I had hoped for more time going up the river but it was mostly spending time at the battlefield. In the middle of summer it isn’t the best time to go especially since they don’t offer morning cruises this time of year. It’s way too hot and humid to be hiking around. It was a bit of a walk from the boat to the battle ground and there were a lot of steps. Ships bar offered a wide variety of drinks. They had free ice water but bar lady didn’t mentioned it to me when I asked for water and ended up paying $3 a bottle. Found out later there was the free water. I would look for a different boat ride unless you are mainly interested in the historic battlefield.

Although we were looking forward to it as our earlier trips this week were excellent, unfortunately we didn't make this - We really can't say as we missed the trip due to flooding and tornado warnings and high wind condition
