Wonderful History Tour of the Garden District - I’ve been on several Garden District tours over the years but this was my husband’s first trip to New Orleans so I booked this tour for his experience. I absolutely loved our tour guide Caroline! She was very knowledgeable about the architectural design and history and told many stories I had never heard on other tours. My husband and I appreciated Caroline’s focus on factual history rather than over the top sensationalized stories that other tour guides tend to focus on. Great tour!

Loved this tour - It was very informative and we learned a lot about architecture and why the buildings are built way they are for the climate and location. Our guide was more than willing to answer any questions we had. Wear comfortable shoes and use the restroom beforehand. A great tour overall. Would recommend to anyone

New Orleans Garden District - We took a walking tour of New Orleans Garden District. Our guide was the delightful Phant! Phant obviously loves her work, loves New Orleans and loves history! The tour took us to many homes of different architecture. It was fun to hear the history and different stories of the area.

Beautiful Day in the Garden District - Well worth the small price!! Caroline, a native of NO, was both informative and fun! She encouraged questions and feedback; and, took our group at a comfortable pace. Don’t hesitate; do it! Le Petit Bleu for breakfast was perfect; so, arrive early. Walk directly across the street to meet up at the cemetery gate to start the tour. Lunch at Atchafalaya, within walking distance, was lovely too! The Garden District is a peaceful get away from downtown. Dinner at the Commander’s Palace on the same block as Le Petite Bleu would be beautiful too! (Men need a sports coat for dinner there; but, well worth it. Request the Garden Room.) Beautiful way to start a beautiful day in NOLA!!

She was engaging, interesting and so helpful with tips and recommendations. She obviously knows the city well, loves it and loves sharing it. Highly recommend!!

Historic Harden District - Disappointing…While our tour guide was knowledgeable and the houses were pretty, this tour was just ok. Many of the featured houses are behind walls/shrubbery so they are difficult to see. Also, we felt like we were “in the way,” at times, as the area residents were going on with their day (which they should!) and there were other tours on the same sidewalks. Not sure this was worth the money…
