Fun, memorable and exciting - Our tour of the French Quarter with Show Me New Orleans Tours was exceptional. Our guide, Coty, was incredibly knowledgeable about the city's history and architecture. He was also passionate, and able to communicate information in an interesting way.  He shared fascinating details regarding all of the locations along the tour route, bringing them to life. The tour also included the Lalaurie Mansion, which was a highlight. The meeting location for the tour was easy to locate. The office people were easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond answering many questions for us so that it was easy to explore the city on our own in the evenings and directions for some restaurants we wanted to go. Overall, it was a well-organized and memorable experience.

Coty was a great tour... - Coty was a great tour guide and story teller. He incorporated the right amount of breaks/stops to go to bathroom or grab a drink along the way. He was also great at answering so many other questions related to NOLA history in general.

Great tour - Coty was great! Favorite part of my trip was his tour. Even in the pouring rain, it was worth it thanks to him.

Master Storytellers Excellent Experience - Great experience! Highly recommend. Master Storytellers make this experience one of a kind. It’s impressive how many locations and the backgrounds behind them the tour groups learns about during one tour! They have put a lot of work into the tours and even better the passion for the city is shared from their excitement when narrating and leading the tour. Learn and explore with Licensed, Professional, humorous, entertaining, enthusiastic guides and you cannot go wrong!

Guide never showed, and wouldn’t respond. - I booked this tour on Viator, prepaid of course. We all made a point to be at the meeting location 45 minutes early. The tour was slotted to leave at 2p. Around 2:05, there was no tour guide and no other guests. We had been at the correct meeting spot the entire time. I sent two messages to the tour operator, and they were unanswered. I called customer support, and explained we did not want to miss this tour that we had scheduled into our day. The customer support lady tried to call and email the tour operator, and they would not answer her either. I am currently awaiting a refund, and having to make different plans for our last day in New Orleans. If the tour guide had issues or they made other schedules, we should have received a notification or a phone call. This is terrible for reputation and terrible for communication, as there was none.

Tour cancelled - Tour cancelled 5 minutes AFTER it was supposed to start. And I found out it was cancelled only after I contacted the tour company to see what was going on. I know it says cancellation is possible but don’t do it AFTER the tour was supposed to start, and with zero communication. Just disappointed.

Cancelled twice. Ruined short trip. - My family and I were passing through New Orleans on a road trip. We only had a day and a half in the quarter and it was my sons first time visiting. I really wanted to do this tour to show my family the history and culture of the city. We had a 2pm tour, and I got a notification around 12pm that it was cancelled and rescheduled to 7pm. We changed all other plans to work around this. It was 6:43pm and I had walked my family all the way down bourbon to the meeting point. I got another notification that the tour was cancelled because of traffic, but we could join a 9PM tour. At that point we were done waiting around on this tour guide. Traffic is a lame excuse 15 minutes before meeting time as the guide should have already been parking and in the quarter. This is the one event I was really looking forward to, and I went through a legit company. I thought viator would be more reliable.
