His passion for wild-caught Gulf shrimp and his dedication to the “eat it to save it” culinary approach was evident from the start. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making us feel like we were part of a special gathering rather than just another dinner event.

A Feast for the Senses

The evening began with a tasting of fresh-caught fish from Lake Pontchartrain, followed by a local blue crab appetizer. Each dish was a testament to the rich culinary heritage of the Gulf South.
