Great staff and nice tour.
Took a Buzz Nola cycling Tour on the morning of Sun the 5th May 2019. The summary, I enjoyed it so much, I also took an afternoon E-Bike tour with them as well! Tour guide Jim and desk assistant Erin were both simply amazing in organising had taking these tours. Instructions were very clear. Safety was great. Jim was very easy to hear and understand. You get a bottle of water and access to sunscreen and Jim was carrying all the necessary spares. We had a stop half way along each of the tours (each tour was approximately three hours long), which was very welcome. The morning stop café was so good went there the next day for breakfast. Jim and Erin were more than willing to answer questions and give advice on what to see and do and where to eat around New Orleans. That evening I took their advice and the result was amazing. We went places and found out things along the way that I would have never found and/or known about if I had cycled just by myself. At the end of the day, I had some further questions and Jim offered to email me through some suggestions/information that evening of which he did! The only regret for the day was that I was shown so many things I wanted to visit again and explore later, I didn’t have the time to do so on my remaining days. I felt like Jim enjoyed the day as much as everyone else on the tours and that was just great. And Jim, I will regret not getting to that $10 haircut and shot! Highly commended! It was a day I will always remember!
Super fun and friendly staff. Quick set up and Jaime was a great history buff and tour guide I learned some new facts and all very interesting . Super cool to see the neighborhoods and the electric bikes were amazingly comfortable.
had a great tour guide a fun couple of hours.
Most fun we’ve had all weekend. James was a great guide. We saw parts of the city not on the beaten path and got a little history lesson too. I highly recommend this. The ebikes had plenty of power and were easy and comfortable to ride. It was really fun.
The bikes were awesome -- we saw so much and learned a ton. Jim was the best!
Jim was awesome!
Very fun and informative tour
We had a blast!!! We learned a lot, saw a lot, and had fun doing it. It was nice to see New Orleans from the perspective of a local. Would do it again.

My husband and I agree this was one of our top activities/tour we did on our trip to NOLA. With so many things to do and tours to chose from these are the top 2 reasons to include the Creole Orleans Electric Bike Tour in your next trip. (1) You are going to walk a lot in this city, just eating and looking around. If you go to any museums or plantations, that is even more walking involved. Buzz NOLA has made their electric bikes to were you don't really have to pedal at all. They have a throttle, that you push to get you up and going. With different speeds so you can go fast or slow. Don't worry about it being complicated to use, it isn't. You set it and it stays there, but still easy to change your setting if you want. We did the tour on our 4th day and my feet were sore. I can attest to not pedaling the bike for most of this tour. You don't need to pedal to recharge the battery or to kick in the electric motor. And they can go fast if you desire. There are areas where your guide will let you play around with the speed if you want too. My husband and I easily reached 20mph just by pushing the throttle. These bikes let you experience the pleasure of riding without the work. (2) Every travel article will tell you that New Orleans is so much more than just the French Quarter and this is true. Now you don't want to worry about parking a car and traffic to see everything the city has to offer. The Creole tour covers so many areas that would be very time consuming by bus, car or walking. In 3 hours you will see the French Quarter, By Water, City Park, Cemetery, Jackson Square and so many other areas. The tour covers a little bit of everything. Our guide included a lot of unknown facts about the area, architecture and gave good recommendations on things to futher visit. My top tips for planning your bike tour are: Book your tour early in the day. This keeps the temperature cooler but some of the areas you cover are crowded with walking tourist later in the day. We did the 10am tour on Saturday and found it to be a great time. The streets and paths were easy to maneuver. A week day would even be easier. Don't wait till the end of your stay to book this tour. We wanted to explore more areas and visit a few places the guide suggested but didn't have enough time left on our vacation. Make sure to bring sunscreen, water and your camera. The bikes have a large basket with a net cover to keep your stuff in. A small bag or backpack fits perfectly. There are several photo opportunities and the guide will offer to take your photo in front of Jackson Square. If you can't find a day that they offer the tour that works with your schedule, I would highly suggest renting the electric bikes. You will still be able to cover more ground to explore the city and enjoy the pleasure of riding a bike with little work. Don't forget to see City Park. We can't express how much we enjoyed this tour and the electric bikes. Thank you Buzz NOLA for offering an unique and enjoyable tour.
Fantastic experience. Highly recommend as a fun, very informative tour. Jim as tour guide and all the staff are terrific. Next time we’re in NOLA, we’ll take another one with them.

We had a great time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and showed us a lot of New Orleans that we would not have seen otherwise. The tour of the 9th ward was especially interesting.
We had a great experience with Scott and the Creole City Tour. I would only suggest stopping for a drink at one of the historic bars as part of the tour. We will definately recommend to others and do again on anytime trip to NOLA. K.M.
Our electric bike tour was one of clear favorites for our trip to New Orleans. The electric bikes were fun and work well for everyone. We felt like we related better to the entire city from our experience. So much fun.
This is the best way to get your history in before the drinking begins on an electric bike tour of the Big Easy! Our guide Jamie was extraordinary knowledge about the city, its people, its architecture, its music and its traditions and it was just so much fun!!! The electric bike went everywhere and was very easy to ride. I highly recommend your trip begin with the Creole Orleans Electric Bike Tour. Thanks agin Buzz Nola and Jamie
Jamie took us on our own unique route. Having been to the FQ several times during our walks we were more interested in the Garden district, Magazine St, Banksy, Audobon Park , etc. Jamie did it all. Electric bikes are the only way to go. Great morning with Buzz Nola. Highly recommend as a must do .
We had schedule a tour on regular bikes but because of a sick tour guide we were switched to the electric bikes. And they were sooooo much fun! Highly recommend. We had a great guide (Leanne i think) who was informative and knowledgeable. Really nice people, great tour, and fun electric bikes.
Excellent tour. Great bikes, greater guide who took us to areas we would never have gone to
Excellent tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very personable. Enjoyed her tour very much. I think the fact that she was born and raised here was key. Her personal family story was very interesting. The electric bikes were fun.
This is a great tour! It was the perfect mix of riding and tour. Our guide was great and we saw so much more of New Orleans than we ever would have on our own! Take a chance, hop on a bike and see the city!
This tour was the highlight of our New Orleans trip. We learned more, laughed more and saw more with our guide Johnathan than we could have thought possible. He is truly a gem and valued member of your community as we witnessed many locals interact with him on our tour. We were well cared for a navigates the city like a pro! We would love to do this tour again just for fun!! John and jeannette Williams
Fabulous experience!! The guide Roni was exceptional. It was very informative and such a fun experience. We felt like we were 10 years old again riding our bikes. The equipment was easy to use and manoeuvre about town. Overall it was about 2 1/2 - 3 hours of great fun. I would recommend this whole-heartedly for anyone wanting to have a delightful experience. Well worth the money :)
If you want to enjoy and see a bit of everything in New Orleans, this is it! Use the electrical bike! Is very fun and enjoyable! Is safe and good staff there! Thank you for the tour!
We did this tour on the first morning of our 3 day, first time visit to NOLA. It was fantastic and allowed us to see parts of the city we would not have found on our own. The bikes are AWESOME and so much fun! Jaime was a great guide who was engaging and provided very interesting information about the city. I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide Roni was fantastic, smart, very patient, entertaining and nice. The bikes were beyond great! I loved every bit of the tour- 3 hours wasn't enough- could've kept going! -Jennifer
This was the perfect tour, not only for new visitors to New Orleans, but also for those of us who are seasoned New Orleans travelers. The advice to take the tour that took us to unusual places was perfect everyone with us loved it,,
The electric bike tour was the best way we have ever spent 3 hours touring a city we didn’t know much about!

Jonathan was great! The love for his city was obvious and infectious.
I wish we had a little more time to stop and take a few photos on the electric bike tour. It felt very rushed - was seeing New Orleans like being in a car. I would rather see a little less and be able to enjoy what I am seeing. Other than that we really enjoyed the tour and Jonathan's knowledge.
Really fun! Jonathan was very knowledgeable with great energy too. Thanks!! Had such a good time — what a great way to see the city.
My husband and I did the electric bike tour last week and it was a highlight of our trip to NOLA! Our tour guide, Orion, was fun and very knowledgeable. The electric bikes were comfortable, easy to use and SO much fun! This should definitely be on your to-do list!
Excellent tour of different parts of the city. We enjoyed the history, fresh air, and the fun of riding an electric bike for the first time! We highly recommend it!
