Good service, good föld, kind staff. - That was amazing. It was a really good service, and we got a really good e perek expereince. We were with kids (1-3-5-7 years old) and they also enjoyed it.

Best boat trip 👍 - The boat trip was well organised by helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us have a great day the boat wasn’t overcrowded like some others we stopped for some fishing and swimming to end the day we had some good bbq food couldn’t have asked for more .

It was wonderful - It was very wonderful! I took the ticket from Nessebar into the sea and enjoyed the day, it was all drinks as well as wine and beer for free, we fished and there was a nice lunch, the crew on board was also very nice.

Nice chill boat trip - Great boat trip and fantastic food and drink. Stopped off in a wonderful place to swim and fish. Staff were very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend it

Absolutely worth it! - Fantastic from start to finish. We were lucky with the weather and got a memorable trip☀️ The food was simple, but good. Drink options fell in the taste of the travel companion.

Experience with obstacles. - To be perfectly clear. The trip itself was really SUPER CLASS. - Fishing - Swim stop - Food(on board grilled meat and fresh fish, rice with vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, salad. All fresh and very delicious) - Drink(2 beers Bulgarian, white wine, lemonade, cola, fanta, water). For everything. - Musically accompanied by sounds of the 90s as well as occasionally Bulgarian songs. All in all, I would call the experience 5 stars and the money worth. ABER..... Even though I'm sorry for the operator, I have to stay true. Before it came to this 5 star experience, there was a 0 star experience. I went to the first appointment from Varna to Burgas 1 hour +. Up extra early and had been 45 minutes before departure at the place indicated by a link in the offer. Fifteen minutes before 10 a.m. I got an email "Jan, your cell phone number is wrong" I wrote back "no it's not. I wrote you again once with country code and once without" no feedback. I wrote another email "Just send me yours, I'll call you" no reply. 9.55h(Departure 10.05h) I saw sailboats in the distance and instinctively thought "Maybe try there sometime". Walked there and wrote again during this "I see some sailboats, could it be there?" NO answer. I arrived at the port of Burgas about 10.07 and one of the 2 ships mentioned was there, the other apparently already gone. 😒. I am the dearest and best person but I go on holiday once a year and the last thing I want to do is get up early and go back and forth for no reason. I called the provider's support and explained I was at the port. The support response = "Yes, but the ship is already gone". Of course I vented my anger and then came the insurance of a callback or contact. I was contacted via WhatsApp and was offered an upgrade as compensation. The tour with fishing as upgrade(Free) now from Nessebar instead of Burgas. Upgrade well and good but Nessebar is 2.5 - 3 hours drive from Varna. So the €10 upgrade here is bad to outweigh. Once 1 had just under 3 hours, almost 3 hours back as 5-6 hours of travel + the lost 2 hours + from the previous one so a total of 7 - 8 hours for a 4 hour boat tour and I booked the night at the hotel in Nessebar to make sure that a breakdown does not suddenly happen or the traffic sparks in between and I do not have to get up at 5h. The hotel has cost me 45€ and the fuel can be reckoned with each for himself. So in the end, the trip cost me double. Apart from the lost 7-8 hours of vacation time. Sorry, in my opinion, this must not happen at all. The time on holiday is precious and wasting time here really hurts. Therefore, out of respect for future travelers who book the experience, I can only award 3 stars instead of 5. So again: The trip, the food, staff on the boat super top. The captain let me and others, even children, behind the wheel. Children could wear pirate hats and adults could wear captain's hats. Super sweet. Just do yourself a favor and clarify everything immediately after booking. Contact providers, follow up on the address. Just to play it safe. WhatsApp contact and everything will be fine
