Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring a hat and sunscreen. Illicit use of drugs or excessive use of alcohol will not be tolerated or permitted. Firearms and weapons strictly prohibited. Federal or State law enforcement agents must present themselves to the captain. Captain reserves the right under USCG Vessel Safety Plan to search and seize all persons and property, require valid ID and take any measure to insure the safety of the vessel and passengers.
The Captain will have the final say on whether or not it’s acceptable to fish during inclement weather. If a fishing trip is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be able to reschedule your trip for another time. Should sudden bad weather occur during a trip, ponchos will be available on the boat, and the captain will decide if it is safe enough to continue the trip, or return the boat ashore. Otherwise, the fishing trip will continue in light rain and mild conditions.
