Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium - This 30,000-seat cricket stadium is located in Dambulla, Sri Lanka. Dambulla Cave Temple - Located 24 km (30 min) from Sigiriya in central Sri Lanka, this temple was built around 80 BC and is the largest and best-preserved cave temple in Sri Lanka. It houses 153 Buddha statues in various poses, three statues of ancient kings, and four other statues, including those of Vishnu and Ganesh. The ceiling and walls, repainted over the centuries, display a mix of imagery, including scenes of royal life.
Dambulla Dedicated Economic Centre - Situated in the Dambulla Secretariat Division of Matale District, this center was established in 1999 to create a wholesale market for vegetables and fruits. A key feature of the DDEC is the direct involvement of farmers in selling their produce.

Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress - Sigiriya is a stunning example of ancient Sri Lankan art, architecture, and landscaping. Built over 1,600 years ago, the 600 ft high black rock once appeared as a massive white cloud above the forests. Its sides were adorned with frescoes of semi-naked nymphs. A large lion-shaped gatehouse guarded the entrance to the Sky Palace atop the rock. Sigiriya briefly rose to prominence before being abandoned and hidden in the forests for nearly 1,500 years. The climb to the top is challenging but rewarding. A must-visit site!
