Flight over Nazca - It was a really fun experience to see the Nazca lines from the air. The flight went fast, but it was all worth it.

Nazca. - That was really cool. We were lucky to be able to see it from both sides of the plane, so it doesn't matter which side you're on. Unfortunately we couldn't hear what the guide said when other signals came in over our headphones

Be Aware: Overpriced Airline and Dishonest Customer Treatment - I booked a flight with Meteorito to see the Nazca Lines after arriving in Nazca from Lima. The flight itself was very good, and the pilot did an excellent job making sure everyone could clearly see the different figures from both sides of the plane. Overall, the flying experience was smooth and memorable. However, I was very disappointed with the pricing transparency and customer service. Before booking, I was told several times that all airlines charged the same fixed price of $100 for the Nazca Lines flight. Later, I discovered that Meteorito had charged another passenger only $75 for the exact same flight, while other companies were offering similar flights for around $70. After I raised this issue directly with María, the woman working at the "information point" inside the Cruz del Sur bus station who was also working with Meteorito, and with Meteorito staff, nobody offered me even a partial refund or any explanation for the large price difference. Charging different customers very different prices for the same service without being transparent creates a feeling of dishonesty and leaves a very bad impression. Meteorito should stop working with people who negatively affect the customer experience and pricing transparency. They did nothing to help me recover part of my money or offer me a fair price similar to what other passengers paid for the same service. As a result, I wouldn't recommend this company to any tourist.
