Incredible experience and service - I had the opportunity to do 2 Tours with this company, the first one was to fly over the nazca lines and it was amazing, the prices they manage are very good and the service is great. Afterwards, I had the possibility to go do this Tour that they offer, first rescue that is one of the few that offer these destinations to visit, the guide was Luis, a super charismatic person, very friendly and very knowledgeable of his area, tells the story in a very pleasant way, it was an excellent service. The girls attending at the physical point also very friendly. The whole experience was amazing. It is better to do this guided path and the best prices and best service find you in this place. Finally the Tour is very private.

Great dune buggy tour in Nazca - We did the dune buggy tour while we were in Nazca and it was an absolute blast! In addition to being a highly skilled driver, Eduardo did a great job of being our tour guide and using his "Spanglish" (as he called it) for his only two English participants - us. The tour takes you to the aqueducts, the pyramids and cemetery at Cahuachi, the sand dunes where you get a chance to try sand boarding (which I highly recommend you do!) and a traditional ceramic workshop. The tour is very thorough and well priced, and it was one of our highlights during our recent trip to Peru. Highly recommend checking this tour out!

Nasca tour - We actually combined 2 tours and ended up being in a van due to the long drives from one location to the other. Interesting things and good solution if you dont feel like flying in a heated can. Plus nice way to learn some history. We enjoyed it!

Incredible! - Excellent tour!! We had a lot of fun. The guides are very kind, they always care about people in the tour are enjoying and safe! They even gave us blankets in the way back because it was very cold. The tour took longer because they let us have the complete experience. The landscape was amazing and exclusive (we were the only group of people there). I really recomend this tour with Eduardo, good price and great experience. 100% recommended !!!

Great Tour and Fun experience - We had an amazing time with Eduardo who taught us so much about the Nazca history and customs… it was also great fun with some good skills shown during the sand boarding practice ! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nazca for the first time, you won’t regret it !

Go for it. Great value. - I did a great tour with them. Driving about 20km along the Nasca River with many stops: aqeaduct, the pyramids and a grave yard. And then a thrilling roller coaster ride through the dunes, followed by trying to learn to sand board the dunes. Such an excellent combination of activities! Perfect way to spend the afternoon after the morning flight over the Nasca lines.

Thrilling way to explore the Nascan culture! - Definitely recommend! Really fun way to learn about the Nasca culture beyond the lines. Eduardo and the driver were excellent! Great communication and accommodation of the two of us needing english explanations. One point off for the stop at the end to learn about Nasca pottery and shop at the store. We were already over time on the tour, tired and sandy. Would recommend removing this stop or putting it near to the beginning of the tour. Tour ended around 7:15pm.

Never again holidays with TUI - I booked a holiday package to Calabria with TUI. On arrival in front of the accommodation/hotel, no one was on site. I stood outside the closed door. It was after 8pm in the evening, dark and cold. I called TUI's service hotline several times, had to answer several questions each time to the AI, but was not connected to an employee. Since I was traveling alone, I was pretty desperate. When I was finally able to talk to a co-worker after about 30 minutes, she told me that she had to ask a colleague and promised that I would receive a call back. This never happened. I could not reach anyone at the given phone number of the hotel. By chance, I then discovered another phone number at the front gate, under which I reached the landlord. He came after a short time and let me in. It all took an hour. Later it turned out that I had received an email from TUI around 5 pm, while I was already on the plane. There I was told a code for the door in case the landlord should not be there. Besides, I should find the key card and the room myself. I am very upset that I was not told when booking that I had to check in myself. That wasn't in the hotel description either. To tell me this only on the day of arrival, I find absolutely negligent and incredibly late. I'm not online during the trip and on the plane anyway. My complaints have not been acknowledged. The next stress is the late pick-up to the airport, so I won't get there until at least one hour before departure. And that although you should be there at least 2 hours before. Because of this time pressure, the recovery is gone. In this case, too, my complaint was not accepted. I would never book with TUI again. The words "we are always there for you" are lies. There is no more customer service, customer satisfaction is not important. You're left alone in an emergency. Never again TUI !!!
