Exclusion by boat Isola bella Taormina is really fascinating...! - A wonderful experience , friendly qualified and very helpful onboard staff we had an aperitif swim and I must say it is an experience to be redone , beautiful island and really something spectacular ...! Thank you I am very satisfied

Beautiful boat ride - Our group of 6 arrived after a not-great taxi experience and were all a bit cranky, so we did not have high hopes. We sat and ate a nearby restaurant to wait for the tour (food was decent to good, beer was cold, service was great.) We met Simona our guide and the captain and waded into the water to climb into the boat which was small and clean. There wasn't much conversation from our guides but the views were gorgeous. As the tour went on, the guides warmed up considerably and were very accommodating and able to ensure our group had a great time, allowing us longer than scheduled to let us a swim in the turquoise water. They also had excellent advice to navigate the train back to our hotel. As others have noted, we weren't offered any snacks, but it was not a food tour, and we still had fun and saw absolutely stunning views. Would recommend to others, maybe mostly adults since the water can get a bit choppy for littles. Overall a wonderful experience!

Recommended! - Super experience! Sympathetic host and a very nice Mood. The tour was beautiful and extensive. Definitely recommended! You will also have the chance to go swimming in the clear water and be offered multiple drinks. Everything you need.

Nice swim and sun on the sea at Taormina - It was a very pleasant day out on the water. A nice break from the main town center of Taormina. Even though water got choppy at times, the boat captain handled it skillfully.

Beautiful views from the... - Beautiful views from the water. The boat operator was very nice and accommodating. We spent about 5-10 minutes swimming. They dropped at requested location.

Basic boat tour - The experience of seeing Taormina from the water was excellent. The boat was comfortable. The guide however did not speak good English as advertised so he couldn’t answer our questions. The refreshments were sparse, no towels were provided and it had been a little difficult to communicate prior to the tour. We did enjoy it, I just think it could have been much better with a few tweaks.

Tourist trap - The trip was nice, but there was one major problem. The employee should have notified our hotel so that we could board, but this was not done. If it had been done, the hotel staff could have told them that the weather was not suitable for boarding. As a result, they dropped us off at a place other than our hotel and we had to pay a taxi (less than 10 minutes) for 30€. We were quite surprised to learn that we had to pay for the taxi, even though the fault lay with the employee. Especially since it had been indicated that the agency would take care of the trip. Of course, we were warned that we had to pay the taxi when it dropped us off, not before we got in. What's more, we wanted to go snorkelling (we contacted the agency) but no equipment was made available to us... What could have been a wonderful experience was more like a tourist trap.

Nice trip but not worth the money - Considering I feel like I paid quite a bit of money for this boat trip, I am quite disappointed. I expected a romantic trip with my partner with food and drinks, a swim in the sea… Instead we got one glass of Prosecco, and a bowl of crisps. We stopped at one place quickly, no chance to swim and were just showed the hotels. The driver was friendly and polite but spoke little English, it was a nice trip but not what I felt like I paid for.

I am requesting a full refund. - This boat trip was terrible, the driver of the boat did not speak English clearly, could only describe attractions in one word descriptions. We were offered none of the items listed below: Beach towels Bottled water Almond Pastries, Chips, Pretzels Fruit juice, cold tea and soft drinks Use of Snorkelling equipment Prosecco He did not stop and allow any of us to go in the water, he never put the cover up on the boat and it was extremely hot so we sat in the sun. My daughter and her boyfriend had to sit in the front of the boat and nearly roasted. AND, the entire boat ride was 1 hour, only 1 hour. I don't know who this boat owner was, but I would never recommend him to any other guest.
