- Apeiranthos - Continue your drive through the village of Filoti and past the renowned Mount Zas to reach Apiranthos, also known as “the marble village.” Explore the narrow, marble-paved streets with archways, stunning Venetian towers, and two-story stone houses with distinctive architectural features. Enjoy free time for lunch and savor local dishes like “rosto,” “kalogeros,” and the Naxian salad with fresh “xinomizithra” cheese.
- Vallindras Kitron Distillery - Finally, visit Chalki, considered one of the most beautiful villages in the Cyclades. Excellent local tour! - Our tour guide (I believe his name was Thanos?) was awesome! He was knowledgeable and fun. He grew up, so he had a deep understanding of the culture of Naxos. This tour was very fun and informative, with plenty of stops to explore some villages without ever feeling rushed.

Highly recommend this tour. We lived the day! - The driver Spiros and our tour guide were great. Visiting the 4 mountain villages were beautiful and the scenery from one to the other were spectacular . What a great day!

6 out of 5 Stars - I would do this tour again. Not only was our guide a native from Naxos, but what an incredible way to see the island and experience the culture. Naxos is truly a gem to be explored.

Learn and enjoy - Beautiful exit. Very much to learn and enjoy. The super friendly guide although he does not speak Spanish was completely generous and smiling.

Naxos Island Day Tour… Fabulous!! - We had an amazing experience with Alex our tour guide and Vasilis, who were competent, professional and very welcoming. We visited several little village, all offering something different and we saw quite a bit of the island!
Had lunch with specular views and swan in the crystal waters of a small fishing village. A great day all round. Thank you Alex and Vasilis!

A great day - We had a great time with my husband! We wanted to visit the villages of Naxos but we couldn't do it by ourselves. Mr. Vasilis ( bus driver) and Alexandra ( tour guide) were a perfect team! Alexandra was explaining everything and she was very patient with everyone. She is very sweet and she speaks a lot of languages. The time that we were staying in each village it was perfect for the reason we went. ( 1 hour for swimming and coffee at Apollon- half an hour for a coffee- 1.5 hour for lunch etc). We had lunch at Apeiranthos were we found as well our friend Andreas ( donkey) . We did almost everything in one day. We saw the Kouros statue. We played backgammon in a small kafeneio, met cats and donkeys, had lunch, swam and had coffee. Thank you for everything guys. The prices of the tour are for real value for money.

A great snapshot of Naxos - Thanos was an amazing guide for the day, with great insights into the culture, history, archaeology, geology...anything you could want to know, you could ask him and he would have a great deal of information for you. The bus was spacious and comfortable, and the itinerary was well planned out. It was a little rushed and sometimes there was not enough time to explore an area properly, but there was so much to see and do that it would have been difficult to fit it all in. Highly recommend this tour, as its a great way to explore and learn much more about Naxos!

A must do tour - A wonderful tour of the island with a great driver Vasilis and the best inforned local guide Thanos. We visited a pottery workshop, an old olive oil press family owned site, the picturesque old capital of Naxos, the remote village of Apiranthos, the norhern settlement of Apollonas by the sea, the sit of Kouros. Trip was on a Tuesday so the temple of Demetra was not open aswe were inforned in advanced. Lots of information, positive vibes and relaxed experience. You have to experience it. Congratulations to both Vasilis and Thanos.
