Our guide, Stelios, a native of Naxos, began our journey with a visit to this ancient sanctuary. The temple, dedicated to the goddess of harvest and agriculture, stands as a testament to the island’s rich historical tapestry. Lunch in Apeiranthos was a culinary delight. Stelios, with his insider knowledge, selected dishes that showcased the best of Naxian cuisine. As we made our way back, with the sun setting over the Aegean Sea, I felt a profound sense of gratitude for the experiences and stories shared.
