Next, a visit to the olive groves will provide insights into the techniques used to cultivate healthy trees and produce premium olive oil.
Following this, guests will be guided through the potato fields to discover the famous Naxian potato.
They will then explore various fruit trees and taste the delicious seasonal fruits they offer.
The itinerary continues with a visit to the vineyard and vegetable garden, where guests can pick the finest seasonal produce.
Finally, participants will join in cooking traditional Naxian recipes over a wood fire. This culinary experience includes preparing a Naxian omelet, an appetizer like zucchini balls, tzatziki as a dip, enjoying Naxian potatoes, sampling a variety of Naxos cheeses, preparing a main dish such as “briam” or “gemista,” and savoring locally produced house wine.
