- Naxos - On the island of Naxos, flavor is elevated to an art form. The island’s fertile soil, abundant sunshine, distinctive microclimate, and generations of dedicated farming—all in harmony with nature’s rhythms—come together to create exceptional flavors.
During this adventure, participants will prepare a vibrant Mediterranean feast using fresh ingredients sourced directly from the land. As the meal slowly cooks in the farm’s rustic wood-fired oven, guests can explore sunlit orchards, picking ripe fruit straight from the trees (when in season), delve into the ancient traditions of winemaking and beekeeping, and interact with the farm’s friendly animals—feeding them, forming connections, and discovering their unique personalities.
Finally, everyone will gather around a communal table under the open sky, sharing stories and enjoying the delicious results of their collaboration with the land.
