First class trip and real value for money - This is a great way to see the real Fiji. A little chaotic at the start but always like that on the cruise ship dock with so many trips and people being dealt with. The staff were outstanding; very welcoming and professional ensuring we were safe. The boat ride along the river was beautiful seeing the beauty of Fiji. The visit to the village was a real insight into Fijian life and we were welcomed with open arms. Part of the fee from the trip goes to the villagers so that is a positive. The tubing back along the river with Nick our guide was amazing and exhilarating. Nick and the Team were first class. The Team sang traditional songs on the ride back which made the experience even more special. Overall the trip was great value for money and I recommend anyone coming to Suva to raid this trip.

Cyclone stopped us - Unfortunately we were unable to do this tour due to the cyclone Refund was immediate. I wish them all the best.

A very enjoyable... - A very enjoyable experience that I'd recommend to any participant. I especially appreciated the help that all the team members provided to my wife, who has some mobility issues, when getting in and out of the boat as well as when walking on uneven ground.

Cruise Excursion - We did this as a cruise excursion. Prepare to get wet, but in the most fun way possible.....and the surprise in the middle of the trip down was THE best!! Wonderful guides.

Do this. You won’t regret it. - This is a lovely water adventure. Lock your phone in a locker or get a wet bag. Everything will get wet. Tubing the rapids is fun. The guides are locals who help you so much. Hi Johnny!

A fantastic day, even... - A fantastic day, even with the rain, the excursion was so enjoyable and everyone was so helpful. The singing topped off the adventure. We really enjoyed the day.

River Tubing Suva Highlands - SENSATIONAL!!!!! Kim from Melbourne - Wow!!! What a day in the Suva highlands with River Tubing Company. Pouring with rain when we disembarked Edge. Apparently rains every day in Suva. Getting out of town was very slow due to many Good Friday drivers out and about. Eventually we made it to the town of Navua where we met our River Tubing guides. Great guys!! Thankfully the rain had even stopped. Then 30 minute FAST longboat ride upriver to the highlands. Either side of river were tall, lush growth of trees, vines and bamboo clumps. Stopped for fabulous riverside lunch prepared by local ladies with chicken drumsticks and village greens/salad. Back into the longboats and further upriver to remote village of Sabata with only 50 related inhabitants. They do have solar power, internet and flushing toilets. No kava ceremony or souvenirs, just seeing normal village life. Very family oriented and supportive of one another. Downriver now to a fabulous waterfall. Spectacular!!! Our boat guide Nick was very helpful with my weak ankle, helping me in and out of longboat and up and down stairs. Couldn’t have managed without his assistance. Finally we landed, ready for tubing. Downriver for 6 kms, 45 minute ride. What a hoot!!!! We crossed through 3 rapids which were exhilarating. The 4 of us linked with Nick for safety. Unfortunately Jina and Joy did end up in the river in one of the rapids. Nick rescued them. By now the rain was pouring again but we survived. The guides even sang a gospel song for us in their wonderful melodic voices as the rain poured down. Their singing was fantastic. Finally we made it back to River Tubing base office and climbed aboard our buses. Back to Edge at 7pm, ready for hot shower and dinner. Tonight was the enjoyable Cosmopolitan restaurant. All in all, a fantastic day in Suva. Well done River Tubing Company. Thoroughly recommend!!! 😎😎😎

Outstanding! - Outstanding, from start to finish. Clean, on-time air conditioned van was waiting for us at the port. Friendly driver. Funny, friendly staff. Great lunch along the river. And the icing on the cake was the afternoon deluge while rafting that produced numerous waterfalls along the canyon. You'll love it!

One of all time Favourite Shore excursions - Having been cruising for approximately 15 years this experience is one of our all time favourite shore excursions!!! The booking experience and communication was spot on with a smooth meeting and collection point. Once we were on our way even the transport to the river was entertaining and educational with our guide Peter and driver Baly. Our day was a complete highlight reel from the excitement of longboat rides and river tubing to village tours, waterfalls and natural beauty, time for lunch, swimming and even a spine tingling singing performance. We were treated some authentic Fijian hospitality and culture. We were then returned back to the port with Peter happy to make any required stops before making it back to the ship.
