Disorganized transfer and no communication — frustrating experience with Luck - My parents and my sister were returning to our town and unfortunately we hired the transfer service from Luck Receptivo. We had an extremely unpleasant experience due to the lack of communication and the complete disorganization on the part of the company. The pick-up time was previously confirmed for 13h, but without any formal notice or official message, Luck began changing the time repeatedly: from 13h to 12h40 then changed to 14:00 and finally changed again to 14:15 Even claiming that the flight would depart later — which was not true as the flight schedule remained the same — the company did not send any official communications about the changes. This whole situation generated insecurity, anxiety and undermined the planning of my family. Due to the succession of changes and lack of transparency, my family ended up having to go by taxi, spending R$ 120, because there was no guarantee that the transfer would actually appear on schedule. Even the Luck employee himself recommended that we leave a complaint on TripAdvisor, as he himself said that “if he complained internally, it would be the same as nothing.” In addition, my mother initially wanted to go from Uber, but the number of bags did not allow. We kept the original plan to avoid problems — and, ironically, because of Luck, we had exactly the problem we were trying to avoid. The worst thing is to imagine that if we depended on their orientation to 6:50 (which they also tried to impose), we could have faced even more disturbances.
