Upon arrival, your driver will meet you outside the arrival terminal, holding a sign with the name of the lead person in your group.
Once you and your driver have identified each other, present your travel voucher to the driver. The driver will then escort you to your vehicle, or if it is raining, will drive up to the terminal door to pick you up. The driver will then transport you to your destination.
