Heading east on East Bay Street, the marina is located right behind the Service station Rubis, (before Paradise Island) called Harbor Central Marina and a fuel company called BAOILCO (Enter into Google Maps) which will be located on the left hand side of the road heading east along East Bay Street.

Great experience! - I took my daughter to snorkel and see the sea turtles as that's what she wanted for her birthday. It was a great experience! Both gentlemen were kind and helpful with gearing up. They stopped the boat and pointed out the turtles prior to jumping off the boat. Even once we were in the water, they pointed out where they were. My daughter was really happy with this experience and it was a much more affordable experience than booking with the cruise line.

I liked it a lot - It was so much fun! The only downfall is I wished the whole experience was longer. An hour isn’t enough time to explore. It says it’s a two hour excursions but the traveling already takes up the hour and the other hour is the excursion which sucked a lot. We felt rushed a little bit. I would recommend to add that the other hour is travel time and NOT included with the excursion experience

Wonderful experience - Excellent trip with Captain Keith and Captain Omar! We enjoyed our snorkel session and saw at least 5 adult turtles as well as tons of stunning fish on the nearby reef. I recommend this for anyone wanting a great snorkel experience and wanting to get out of central Nassau.

We got to swim with... - We got to swim with around 6 turtles! The captain was great at pointing out where the turtles are to us.
The boat ride was pretty rough. Id recommend gravol for some people.

Perfect Day - Captain Keith and First Mate. Omar were very welcoming and friendly. What was nice is that we were the only ones on the excursion. I was with my son and husband. Weather was fantastic. Although we only swam with a few turtles, we did see a huge variety of beautiful fish and even a 6 ft Nurse shark. When snorkeling, it's always better to go with a small group, as opposed to a large group, like on a cruise shore excursion. Too many people in the water spook the wildlife. The walk was about a 15 minute walk to a gas station, where there is a side gate to the marina. Their boat is called, "Bluefin".

Absolutely lovely time with Keith and Darcy - Keith and Darcy were amazing! My mom is scared of swimming and the water and they made her feel so comfortable. We saw turtles and also snorkeled by the reef where we saw fish. The boat ride was another favorite part for us, it was so fun. We also got a private tour! Please bring cash to tip, no zelle or venmo accepted! Thank you so much!!

Turtles and Coral Reef - We had a great time! The crew was helpful in spotting the turtles so we could swim with them and watch them. We saw one turtle feeding on the bottom surface, and I saw another turtle swimming along the reef. Would come back again!

Swimming with no turtles:( - The people were very good and nice. The ride to the turtles was beautiful. My disappointment was we didn’t swim with turtles. The areas we went to were mostly empty sea grass beds and our group only saw a few turtles from the boat. It was certainly not what we expected, paid for or saw (pictures) on the website. I know they’re a lot of variables in nature, but to sum it up every other trip that I’ve ever booked expecting to see do something with nature, they’ve always come through 100%. This one didn’t and my daughter was really disappointed. It was a bucket list experience which didn’t deliver. Makes me say - “definitely pass.”

Communication bad but given refund - So here’s the thing. They cancelled without telling us. We arrived for our 11 AM slot without any word. And so we waited. And then waited some more. No markings to know if we were in right location (even 4 sets of local marina workers and other boat owners had no idea) but we figured we were when we met two others who were supposed to be on the same trip. And thus we waited, but this time together. Then we got a message well passed our time slot which said they said they had cancelled due to weather but we were given a full refund. So there’s that. Grateful for the refund and the safety protocols but it would have been nice to know before we wasted half of our one port day waiting for, sadly, nothing.

Very poor communication - Our trip was scheduled for 11 AM. We had to pay a taxi to the site where the boat was leaving after waiting 25 minutes and no one showing up and texting the company twice. I finally got an answer that the tour was canceled. The person who called me said that they had sent a text to my phone number which was not true because I received the tickets via the same phone number and got them without a problem. They said they had notified us to 8 AM, which was untrue. There was also another couple waiting that had actually been on a cruise, and this was their excursion off their cruise ship for the day. They also had not been notified that this trip was canceled and had spent money to get to the location where the boat was supposed to leave
