I mistakenly thought it... - I mistakenly thought it was a guided tour it wasn’t. At least what I booked wasn’t. When the driver came to drop off the side by side I mentioned to him that I was concerned .he offered that they could do a guided tour. He did a great job very knowledgeable about the stops and area. Would recommend

Excellent customer... - Excellent customer service. Wonderful experience. Very helpful. Easy access to get and drop off the side by side.

Great communication and easy pickup - We had great communication with the tour operator, Viking Rentals. They brought the side by side to us just past the port. They also met us at the port when we brought it back. We enjoyed driving around Nassau for the day and would recommend it to others.

Side By Side Nassau - Rented Can Am side by side for the day out of Atlantis. Awesome service! My family and I got to explore Nassau Island!! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get out of the resorts and explore!!

Unexpected fun - I was expecting this to be a tour using side by side ATVs. Instead it was an independent you drive where ever you want to go experience. Since we had been here previously we knew where we wanted to go, and we had a ball getting there.

Great experience - Fantastic experience the vehicle was delivered right to the lobby, quick run down on how to operate it and we were off. We have been to Bahamas over a dozen times. We LOVED being able to see all the things we wanted on our own time and schedule. Would totally do it again and would 100% recommend this company.

Unpleasant and not worth the pain of self driving - The vehicle is not delivered at the port. The vehicle is not well maintained at all and rides super rough. The drop off experience is extremely shady with the vehicle being picked up by an unknown random person at a random drop off point. They do not offer any help or guidance in terms of local sight seeing

Bad Buggy - I paid $300 for 5 hours rental of a buggy that had motor trouble. At times it wouldn't even start. The average speed it could accelerate to was 18 miles per hour I was stuck with it.

Gas poisoning smell so... - Gas poisoning smell so bad made us sick and had to turn back in after little over ride in and had to take my husband back to boat with bad headache and kids sick throwing up. We reported it also that it had issue and very bad experience.

Scam - This company is a SCAM. Writing this so others don’t have to go through what we went through. We rented from this company for a 4 hour trip & they were over 30 minutes late. We called originally at 10:24am to confirm to meet at 11AM which they didn’t get there until 11:30AM. Our rental was suppose to be from 11:00am to 3pm so since he was late we asked if we could keep it until 3:30pm which he was fine with doing. At 1:01 we were towed because we were apparently parked in a tow zone even though it was the middle of downtown Nassau and all other cars were parked in the same parking spots as us except our car was the only one to be towed, it was also strange how when we showed up to the police station the tour operator who rented us the vehicle was just already there immediately. It really was giving scam to the max just to make another $100 off us. You would’ve gotten a decent tip from us if you weren’t so shady. There was ZERO indication that it would be towed, no signs mentioning it or anything. We were then told we would have to pay $100 dollars cash to get the car back, the only reason we did that was to get my cup that I left in the car and honestly we should’ve just not paid the tow charge and take our loss with my tumbler cup. There was zero paper work, no ticket information on why we were towed or anything & it was just very sketchy situation, when we asked where can we even park then if it’s just going to get towed again if we took it back out you had no answer for that & we only had the car from 11:30-1:00 when it got towed. Once we got it back we just no longer wanted it, it really ruined our experience. I also contacted trip advisor’s supervisor & he personally called the rental company, you lied to him saying you were only “12 minutes late” and that we had the car for over “3 hours” I have all the time stamps from multiple phone calls with you from you running late all the way to when you called me about it being towed to prove that you are wrong about this. This whole situation was very upsetting for our vacation.
