Family of 4 (kids in middle and high school) - EJ and the team were great tour guides. We changed our reservation from an ATV to buggie (that seats 4) and it was a seamless process. It was good experience seeing city of Nassau. Interesting riding on the streets with our group, but EJ and his partner helped the group navigate. The distillery was my favorite stop - the drinks were delicious!

Me and my sister wanted... - Me and my sister wanted to ride ATVs , this tour was definitely more than I expected, I appreciated the guides energy and information. The Lunch wasn’t bad, just food I’m not used to but was worth the price all around. All the staff are attentive and will take care of you ⭐️

Better than the Cruise’s Excursions - This excursion was much better than all of the cruise line’s options. Solo traveler friendly. The tour guide was great and all the stops were amazing. Wish we would’ve had more time at the queens staircase and the forts. Lunch was mehh. Would’ve been nice to have food from Arawak Cay instead. I took one star off because it was hard to contact the tour operator before the excursion date. But the stops outweighed the initial lack of communication. Price of insurance should also be advertised in the listing.

ATV tour Nassau - Very professional, got to learn a lot about the island and it was so much fun! The guides are very knowlegeable and accomodating. Carry water if you can because it is hoooot!

OK - Unorganized, 1 ATV broke down half way through and didn’t replace it, lunch was a brown bag of local food ( no selections were given) no place to wash hands, sit, or shade. We ate in the sand on the beach. The tour is through town and in the daily traffic. Couldn’t hear the tour guide.

Absolutely no communication and rude af. - No contact with the rental company after 4 phone calls, 3 text messages and one message through the app. The person that answered the phone number listed said I had the wrong number. My tour was confirmed but my sons was not and never was (and no communication regarding). Day of, whomever finally contacted me was belligerent and still wouldn’t confirm my son’s reservation.

Scammed, Stranded, and Ignored – Worst Tour Ever! - Our ATV tour with C & C Scooters in Nassau, Bahamas was, hands down, the worst experience of my life. My three children and I were visiting from out of the country, excited to explore and make memories — but this company completely ruined our day and took advantage of us.
Our tour was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. I called multiple times that morning asking for directions, only to be hung up on repeatedly. They finally returned my call at 9:00 — the exact start time — and I let them know we were just a few minutes away but stuck in traffic. The location listed on Google Maps was vague and misleading (and at the time, TripAdvisor had no specific address listed), so we followed what we could.
We arrived at 9:10 to the location Google showed, which turned out to be a cluster of random buildings. After wandering aimlessly and receiving help from kind strangers, we were eventually led a few blocks away to the actual pickup spot. We arrived only to be told the tour had already left, and they would not accommodate us. The man there was rude and dismissive, offering only to put us on the 1:00 p.m. tour — nearly four hours later — with no consideration for the fact that we were stranded in unfamiliar territory, with three children in the sweltering heat, and no idea where to go or how to stay safe.
I tried explaining our situation, but there was zero empathy and absolutely no effort to make things right. This company showed complete disregard for basic customer service, communication, and professionalism. We felt misled, abandoned, and completely ripped off.
Do not waste your time or money with C & C Scooters. If you’re visiting from out of town — especially with kids — stay far away. This company does not care about its customers.

False advertisement - After we paid the fee they told us after the fact via a text message that the insurance was mandatory. This should have been included in the advertisement and it wasn’t.
