Loved this tour the only thing was I wish there was a little more time after the tour to go to the shops.
I originally thought the tour was run by Jack Daniels. Not a big issue. The tour was very informative and truly enjoyable nonetheless. The bus ride to Lynchburg was a little uncomfortable due to the lack of A/C on the bus. It was hot. Overall it was a very nice experience and I recommend the Jack n' Back tour.
Not enough of time to walk around and have lunch in town.
The tour was great - but the bus and bus ride was not
Would like to see Nearest Green’s picture on the wall in the original office with rest of the Master Distillers of the company. He was the first of them all but not On the wall. Somewhat disappointed in that Oversight.
Bus could have had a bit more leg room.
Loved the tour, however we could not hear anything the tour guide was saying at many points in the tour. Bits and pieces. Woukd help if you had a headset and some speakers around, so we all could hear what was being said.
Everything - was great EXCEPT for the Bus itself. We were assured that the bus was luxury and we wouldn't be disappointed but I can tell you that we were. Very very small seats with absolutely no leg room. I am just over 6' tall and the leg room was abominable. Very uncomfortable, but otherwise the tour was well organized and we loved the Jack Daniels distillery... I doubt I will ever take that bus ride again- it was that bad. Still a 4 star rating because of the convenience and organization but beware of the bus. You'd do yourself a huge favor by taking out 1 row on each side of the bus and giving folks leg room on an hour and 45 minute bus ride.
Bus was WAY too hot on the return trip. Uncomfortable.
Wish there was more time available in Lynchburg. The time seemed rushed to check out the town, eat lunch and then the tour. Would definitely take the tour again but next time would drive myself so I could spend more time in Lynchburg

Loved the tour - would be giving "5 stars" if we would have been able to take a "bathroom break" or could have used the facilities on the bus. Other than that, Everything was fantastic - Great tour, Great Driver Great Time!!
very fun trip and great service- just wish there was a bathroom working on the bus!
Great trip, frank was awesome! Took the birthday boy out for lunch. Bring beers for sure. Couple buds were squires and missed out on some of the extras because of the time line. Hindsight’s, should’ve seen it earlier or not so rushed on the pick up times.
guide was very informative and I saw actual production and not staged
Could be a bit more interactive during the drive, point out things along the way, etc.
Bus was comfortable enough, but the A/C did not come close to keeping up with the heat on the day of the tour. Also a bit frustrating that person in seat in front would only open the shades a few inches, thus impeding others/us getting a view of the countryside on the way to the distillery.
The bus trip was good and well organized. But the price was anyway relatively high, as ist was just a bus trip of three hours.
The tour guide was great, lots of knowledge about Jack and the history of Jack Daniels. I have been to several whiskey restaurants distilleries on tours , five in Scotland, and there was more to see of the distilling process. The copper pots in use, and the liquor being barrelled. Photos were also allowed In the brew house, but not in the barrel house were they were stored. At a gin distillery in Scotland I was less than 5' off the copper pot while they brewed a batch on cannon ball gin Navy strength, and I was able to photograph the pots at work. Also their gift shops sold different size bottles of their products to give gifts or sample at home. I sent at least two hundred dollars at each distillery on product an gift items with their logo on them. To buy gift item with your logo I had to go to town or my own hotel, sorry! Try to improve the tour with more photo opportunities, loved the history. I'd attach photos of the other distilleries to give you ideas, but I don't know how.
Loved Chip, but the movie that played “Bad Bosses 2” was very offensive. Would highly suggest you view the movie to be sure it would appeal to the majority of people.
No bathroom on the bus.
Good experience overall, except for a few noisy people at the back of the bus. Having four hours to decide myself what to do in town is a good thing.
Expensive but good service
I wish we had approximately an hour more after our tour to explore the shops next door in Lynchburg.
Jed is an awesome tour guide! Very knowledgable and great sense of humor! So interesting to see the entire process. We also enjoyed our time in town and the great lunch we had.
