I had a hard time contacting anyone about this trip, We were not able to go and we did not realize the pick up was on the other end of the town had no idea, more instructions should be given in what to expect, costs more money to uber, we started to walk from downtown and we would not make it by our time allotted! Thanks for nothing! Would be nice to get at least a partial refund!
