Learn whiskey - Jack Daniel’s Distillery: in Lynchburg, TN. Of all the wine /bourbon etc tours that I’ve done, this is the best tour ever. Our guide seemed to absolutely enjoy his job and was very informative and funny. Whiskey making is sure complex, land to know the Jack Daniel’s barrel is reused by Scotch whiskey etc. Correctly drinking whisky involves first swirling it and smelling it. Then pour it to mouth with head backwards, then bend neck towards, dip tongue in whiskey (which is oils be near tip of tongue now, thanks to gravity) while counting 1001,1002; then straighten so whiskey coats rest of tongue tip to backwards. Feel the burn and smoothness and different flavors. We took the 55 dollar tour which came with a complimentary glass. We also engraved in a bottle; one for us and other for my brother.

The best day out Jack Daniels feels like family - Did the day at the Jack Tour as I am a big fan and lover of Jack Daniels. Such a good day got to see how it's made including the cave where the water comes from which I wasn't expecting. Our tour guide Kathi was sensational went above and beyond and had so much knowledge on the history Jack Daniels Distillery feels like a family not a corporate business this has made me appreciate them even more now. Have wanted to do visit the factory for so long it's worth making the effort to go there and I liked there are products of Jack you can only buy at the distillery

A little history with a drink! - The tour was amazing. You start with lunch at Miss Mary Bobos, delicious. Then you walk through the town, look at shops, while they explain the history which includes Jack Daniel’s. Our tour guide Kathi knew her stuff. I’m not a whiskey fan but… Honey was my fav. She gave recipes for some drinks, where you get to try one. Hot Cocoa with Fire, amazing. Highly recommend for adults who like to try drinks and enjoy a little history.

Great day in Lynchburg! - Fantastic experience and well worth the trip from Nashville. The lunch was fantastic as was our tour guide. The length of the tour was perfect and well worth the price of admission.

Worth the drive, lots of history. - Even with the 1.5 hour drive from Nashville this tour was great! A little bit of history coupled with a tasting it’s well worth the time and money. Our tour guide, Cody, was knowledgeable, entertaining, and personable. A super fun time was had by all!

A well run tour out to... - A well run tour out to the Jack Daniels distillery. Our guide Ray and driver Bob were both really friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great day out. They even collected our etched bottle for us whilst we were doing the distillery tour! Thanks Ray and Bob!

Nice trip - Long drive to Jack Daniel’s. You must try the BBQ in Lynchburg. Also there is a very good small distillery tasting room off the square called the Company. It’s very good and worth the visit.

Jack Daniels Bonded Whiskey Tour - We did the bonded whiskey tour with our tour guide Rooster. He was very knowledgeable, entertaining and had a great sense of humor! We had a blast! Highly recommend!
