Our tour guide Keshawn was very friendly and accommodating. He had a lot of knowledge of the areas we visited.

Well, the golf cart battery went dead and they had to send another golf cart to finish our trip.
We had to kill 20 minutes in a mall that had most of the stores closed— plus, we didn’t want to shop in those stores. I get that we had to wait for the battery to get replaced or vehicle swapped out, but I thought they’d just make the tour 20 minutes longer. Did not do that, we finished at exactly 10:30. Since that didnt happen, 20 minutes that we didn’t get should be refunded. 20 minutes is 22.2% of a 90 minute tour. That is a lot ! Highly disappointed that I paid over 300.00 for this!
