Since it was after Xmas... - Since it was after Xmas we weren’t able to see as many lights, but still it was enjoyable to relax on the trolley and drive around the neighborhoods in Nashville. Loved the quaint brewery stop.

Jolly Holly - Super fun and Randy was great. Definitely get a cocktail at the Donut Didtillaty before you go and take it on the trolley!! The shakes are to die for. Lots of singing and getting to know folks. It was a great time

Holiday Fun - The tour was enjoyable and my son and I enjoyed riding around Nashville and checking out the holiday lights. The tour guide was friendly and informative and we had a lot of fun. BYOB was also a nice added feature.

Find the Christmas Lights Tour - Overall kind of disappointing. I wish they picked a better Christmas light area, it felt more of a find Waldo situation where you were hoping you would see lights on the streets they chose. The driver called out two houses that were nicely lit other than that it was basically looking side to side for hope of lights. It was nice stopping at the pop up brewery, state capital and listening to Christmas music. But overall the experience was just okay.

Disappointing - Overall disappointing. Even though the tickets & instructions were clear to be on time we waited almost 20 minutes for 2 people. We were scheduled to depart at 5pm & didn’t depart until 5:20. Directions were sent in advance to order food for the brewery in advance & schedule for pickup at 5:30. With the delay in leaving we didn’t get to the brewery until a little after 6pm. So our food was of course cold. The trolley window in the row I was sitting was broken & wouldn’t close all the way. So it was freezing cold the whole time. As far as lights we just drove through a small residential area. Nothing to exciting, nothing we couldn’t have seen in our own neighborhood. This has the potential to be fun if done right, and we made the best of it, but at almost $100 a couple I would not recommend.

Do not waste money - This was a horrible experience. There were fourteen of us and we caught an uber from first stop. This should have been cancelled due to no Christmas lights but wasn’t and we were so upset. I guess maybe people stop turning lights on because they don’t want these buses making money riding up and down streets looking at the lights. The capital Christmas tree was already off for season also which we weren’t informed til ride. I feel so badly my friend spent money on this because of me. I’m not kidding if I could rate this negative I would.

Unethical company - Very unethical company. We are out of town and the owner of our VRBO died literally the day we were to check in. His family (not knowing he had rented to us on VRBO) was at the house we were to stay at. We were dealing with this issue and had to miss our trolley tour. When we requested a refund, they refused. Beware of this company and their lack of compassion.
