During the tasting, the guide will introduce the vineyards that contribute to the range, located just beyond the Cellar Door. Gain a unique understanding of the creation of one of Australia’s premier sparkling brands, from the base wine to the disgorging and aging stages. Following the private tasting, guests will be guided to Printhie Dining to savor a degustation lunch paired with wines, all while enjoying the stunning views of the valley below.
