Recommended day trip - We had an incredible experience for a day trip with Babu. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and our kids enjoyed the snacks he bought for them. Despite us being stuck in traffic and late, he ensured we see all the tourist spots and make the most of it. He took shortcuts and avoided the crowded touristy spots. We are incredibly grateful to Babu for showing us around Tokyo. We would recommend him anytime. Hopefully return back and see him once again. Thank u Babu

Excellent Mt. Fuji & Hakone Highlights Tour - Fontes gave my wife and I an excellent Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour. He navigated everything seamlessly and made the day feel easy and well-paced, which was not trivial given traffic and how much ground you cover in that area. He hit all the key highlights while still leaving room to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed and helped us get amazing photos. The service and drive were top class.
What stood out most was how well he managed timing, routes, and transitions. We were able to see the best viewpoints, avoid unnecessary delays, and get a strong sense of the area in a single day. He also shared helpful context along the way that made the experience more meaningful without overloading it.
Overall, a smooth, well-executed tour that covered exactly what we were hoping to see. Would strongly recommend Fontes to experience Mt. Fuji and Hakone.

A tour to remember and cherish - We enjoyed our tour. The views are amazing and memorable. A little disappointed because Mt. Fuji is partly covered with clouds at that time thus we did not proceed to station 5. But overall the tour is very good. After exploring Lake Kawaguchi, we savored a wonderful Japanese lunch at a local restaurant. We also tried the blackened egg cooked in Owakudani's hot spiring pool. It's fascinating to learn that eating the black eggs is said to prolong one's life by seven years. We also enjoyed hiking up to Hakone Shrine, especially seeing the gigantic 800-year-old trees. We also savour the calmness and breathtaking view in Lake Ashinoko. We owe all these wonderful experiences to our fantastic tour guide, Mr. Babu (Maharjan Sanu Babu).

Great Fuji Experience – Thanks to Riley - We had an amazing Mount Fuji excursion, and Riley, our driver and guide, truly made the day unforgettable. Super accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable—our whole family agreed Riley was a big part of what made the experience so special. Highly recommend!

Amazing Mt. Fuji Tour with Umi! - I just got back from a tour of Mt. Fuji, and it was incredible! Our guide, Umi, made the experience truly unforgettable. From the start, her warm personality and excitement set the tone for the day. I also have to mention our second guide Yousuke who was amazing too.
Umi shared fascinating stories about Mt. Fuji and took the time to connect with everyone in our group. She went above and beyond, encouraging us to enjoy the breathtaking views and making sure we were all having a great time. She went above and beyond every way possible.
She took white glove service to the next level, and was so flexible and accommodating to us.
The warmth she had and put into our experience was second to none.
If you’re thinking about a Mt. Fuji tour, I highly recommend it—especially with Umi as your guide! You won't regret it!
She took us to Gotemba shopping outlets after I would recommend, there is just to many shops so plan what you want to see.
PS, ask her to sing she has the most amazing voice!

Experience should not be offered if it cannot be fulfiled - I would have to say this was the most disappointing experience we have ever encountered with viator. I work for an airline and we travel 3-4 times a year and I always book one "big excursion" and try and utilize Viator because of great experiences with them. I myself should have done more research as well to know you CANNOT see Mount Fuji except in the winter time. And we were not there in the winter time. Knowing this tour operators should not sell it as a Mount Fuji experience. Our "tour guide" was really just a chauffer he made no conversation with us gave us no facts. Just drove us up to where we could buy black eggs and told us to take a pirate ship ride (which was not included in the cost) picked us up at the other side, took us to see some flowers and then dropped us back off at the air bnb. I am very disappointed and wasted over $1000 on this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless in the winter.
